Toutefois, en raison de sa proximit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique ainsi que de ses prix bas, le charbon russe comptait pour 46,7&#160;% des importations totales de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne en 2020, tr\u00e8s loin devant les \u00c9tats-Unis (17,7&#160;%) et l\u2019Australie (13,7&#160;%).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/eIUJX\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le charbon en Europe occidentale est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une \u00e9nergie du pass\u00e9. La plupart des \u00c9tats ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s\u2019en d\u00e9tacher progressivement, d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1970, pour se tourner vers d\u2019autres \u00e9nergies fossiles \u2014 gaz naturel, p\u00e9trole \u2014 dans leur consommation primaire ou vers des \u00e9nergies renouvelables. Toutefois, plusieurs pays d\u2019Europe centrale et de l\u2019Est ont conserv\u00e9 une consommation tr\u00e8s importante de charbon qui s\u2019\u00e9levait \u00e0 16,73&#160;% dans la consommation primaire allemande en 2021, 32,4&#160;% pour la R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que et 42,37&#160;% pour la Pologne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/1qDV1\/6\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Certaines analyses soutiennent que cet embargo ne conduira pas les \u00c9tats \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher unanimement du charbon, mais qu\u2019il stimulera au contraire la demande d\u2019importation en provenance d\u2019autres pays comme l\u2019Indon\u00e9sie ou l\u2019Australie. \u00c0 court et moyen terme, les demandes des pays europ\u00e9ens pour se procurer du charbon vont contribuer \u00e0 une augmentation des prix qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 doubl\u00e9 depuis le d\u00e9but de la guerre en Ukraine&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-153979' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/10\/entree-en-vigueur-de-lembargo-europeen-sur-le-charbon-russe\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-153979' title='Dan Murtaugh, \u00ab&amp;#160;&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-08-10\/coal-s-skyrocketing-prices-could-last-years-on-russia-disruption&quot;&gt;Coal\u2019s Skyrocketing Prices Could Last Years on Russia Disruption&lt;\/a&gt;&amp;#160;\u00bb, &lt;em&gt;Bloomberg&lt;\/em&gt;, 10 ao\u00fbt 2022.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Aussi, d\u2019autres pays comme l\u2019Inde ou la Cor\u00e9e du Sud, en pr\u00e9vision d\u2019une mont\u00e9e des prix, ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 conclu des accords d\u2019approvisionnement avec les principaux exportateurs de charbon, ce qui placera l\u2019Europe sur un march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s concurrentiel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/DvFo2\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/03\/20\/le-pari-risque-des-sanctions-comme-monnaie-dechange\/\">Si l\u2019objectif des sanctions europ\u00e9ennes est d\u2019entraver l\u2019\u00e9conomie russe<\/a> de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que le Kremlin soit contraint de mettre fin \u00e0 la guerre qu\u2019il m\u00e8ne en Ukraine, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 maintenant, les chiffres des exportations russes de charbon ne se sont pas seulement maintenus par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019an dernier, mais ont augment\u00e9. Selon les \u00e9tudes les plus r\u00e9centes, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/08\/03\/les-sanctions-contre-la-russie-sont-elles-efficaces\/\">les sanctions occidentales ont un effet ind\u00e9niable sur l\u2019\u00e9conomie russe<\/a>, notamment en ce qui concerne les cha\u00eenes de production, fortement perturb\u00e9es voire arr\u00eat\u00e9es  en raison de l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de la Russie \u00e0 importer certains produits et mat\u00e9riaux.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/wrkn2\/2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cependant, le cas du charbon est diff\u00e9rent. Avec l\u2019augmentation globale des prix ainsi que les possibilit\u00e9s de l\u2019exp\u00e9dier par voies maritimes \u2014 qui offrent une importante flexibilit\u00e9 par rapport aux structures permanentes, tels que les gazoducs et ol\u00e9oducs \u2014, la Russie pourrait, \u00e0 moyen terme, compenser les pertes sur les march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens.
