Ce dernier pr\u00e9voit que l\u2019Union puisse se passer de deux tiers des importations de gaz russe avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u2014 l\u2019Union importait 40&#160;% de son gaz de Russie avant f\u00e9vrier 2022 \u2014 ainsi qu\u2019un d\u00e9couplage total des hydrocarbures russes d\u2019ici 2027. Les \u00c9tats-membres doivent \u00e9galement remplir leurs r\u00e9serves de gaz \u00e0 80&#160;% avant le 1er novembre \u2014 la moyenne europ\u00e9enne est pour l\u2019instant de 64&#160;%.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/WzD4l\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le nouveau plan recommande aux \u00c9tats de baisser de 15&#160;% leur consommation de gaz d\u2019ici mars 2023 par rapport \u00e0 leur consommation moyenne des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. L&rsquo;objectif est facultatif mais sera rendu obligatoire en cas de \u00ab&#160;r\u00e9duction drastique&#160;\u00bb ou d&rsquo;interruption compl\u00e8te de l&rsquo;approvisionnement en gaz russe ou si au moins trois \u00c9tats membres le demandent. La Commission souhaiterait \u00e9galement mettre en place un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019alerte entre les \u00c9tats pour que le gaz soit partag\u00e9 en cas de p\u00e9nurie.
