Le Premier ministre social-d\u00e9mocrate, Dimitar Kovachevski, a salu\u00e9 le choix \u201cd\u2019un avenir europ\u00e9en\u201d fait par les d\u00e9put\u00e9s, malgr\u00e9 la vive opposition de la droite nationaliste, de la gauche radicale et de manifestants pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur du Parlement. Ursula von der Leyen, la pr\u00e9sidente de la Commission, s\u2019\u00e9tait rendue \u00e0 Skopje le 14 juillet pour promouvoir l\u2019accord n\u00e9goci\u00e9 sous l\u2019\u00e9gide de la France, entre la Bulgarie et la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord. Malgr\u00e9 le vote <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/06\/22\/le-gouvernement-bulgare-fait-face-a-une-motion-de-censure-lelargissement-de-lunion-aux-balkans-est-aussi-en-jeu\/\">d\u2019une motion de censure contre le gouvernement de Kiril, le Parlement bulgare a \u00e9galement ratifi\u00e9 le protocole commun le 24 juin<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/gyVBl\/13\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019accord commun entre la Bulgarie et la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord doit conduire \u00e0 l\u2019inscription de la particularit\u00e9 linguistique et historique de la minorit\u00e9 bulgare de Mac\u00e9doine du Nord dans la Constitution mac\u00e9donienne, et doit faciliter la pleine application d\u2019un accord d\u2019amiti\u00e9 entre les deux pays sign\u00e9 en 2017. En contrepartie, la langue mac\u00e9donienne devra \u00eatre reconnue comme langue officielle dans l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/07\/01\/la-republique-tcheque-prend-le-relais-de-la-france-a-la-presidence-du-conseil-de-lunion-europeenne\/\">La pr\u00e9sidence tch\u00e8que du Conseil de l\u2019Union<\/a> s\u2019est f\u00e9licit\u00e9e de cette avanc\u00e9e diplomatique, l\u2019une de ses priorit\u00e9s. L\u2019Albanie, dont l\u2019ouverture des n\u00e9gociations d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e9tait li\u00e9e \u00e0 celle de la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, pourra aussi commencer officiellement \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier son adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. L\u2019Albanie et la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord avaient obtenu le statut de candidat officiel depuis 2014 et 2005 respectivement.
