Depuis qu\u2019un nombre important de banques russes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 coup\u00e9es de la plupart des transactions en dollars am\u00e9ricains en raison des sanctions, Poutine a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat de convaincre les membres des BRICS de profiter de ce contexte pour se d\u00e9tacher des monnaies occidentales, dollar et euro en t\u00eate.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le pr\u00e9sident chinois, Xi Jinping, a quant \u00e0 lui qualifi\u00e9 les sanctions occidentales comme relevant d\u2019une \u00ab&#160;arsenalisation&#160;\u00bb de l\u2019\u00e9conomie mondiale. Si la Chine maintient une position assez ambigu\u00eb depuis le d\u00e9but de la guerre en Ukraine, elle tend progressivement \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/06\/16\/la-chine-affiche-un-soutien-plus-affirme-a-la-russie\/\">afficher un soutien plus affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 la Russie<\/a>. Dans le m\u00eame discours, Xi Jinping a parl\u00e9 de la \u00ab&#160;crise ukrainienne&#160;\u00bb (\u00e9vitant le terme de guerre) comme r\u00e9sultant d\u2019une tentative \u00ab&#160;d\u2019\u00e9tendre les alliances militaires&#160;\u00bb qui ne peut aboutir qu\u2019\u00e0 un \u00ab&#160;dilemme en mati\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9&#160;\u00bb.
