Chemnitz. <\/em>Ils avaient pr\u00e9vu de s\u2019attaquer au Jour de l\u2018Unit\u00e9 allemande, la f\u00eate nationale c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e le 3 octobre. Six n\u00e9o-nazis du groupe \u201cRevolution Chemnitz\u201c, tous des hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 30 ans, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s lundi 1er octobre \u00e0 Chemnitz, la troisi\u00e8me ville de Saxe, et plac\u00e9s en d\u00e9tention provisoire (5<\/strong>). Une enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte par le parquet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de Karlsruhe pour formation d\u2018une organisation terroriste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le cerveau de l\u2019organisation serait un septi\u00e8me homme, en d\u00e9tention depuis deux semaines pour atteinte \u00e0 l\u2018ordre public. De plus, certains des membres du groupe auraient particip\u00e9 le 14 septembre \u00e0 une action violente contre des migrants et \u00e0 des \u201ccontr\u00f4les d\u2018identit\u00e9\u201c sauvages au c\u0153ur de Chemnitz. Ces agissements, commis au nom d\u2019une \u201cmilice\u201c autoproclam\u00e9e, et qui ont fait plusieurs bless\u00e9s, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 revendiqu\u00e9s comme un \u201ccoup d\u2018essai\u201c. Plusieurs d\u2019entre eux ont \u00e9galement particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des manifestations radicales pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2018occasion desquelles le chef du groupe s\u2019est vu confisquer un gilet pare-couteau (2<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Difficile pour l\u2019heure d\u2018\u00e9valuer leur dangerosit\u00e9 effective. Si la police n\u2019a pas d\u00e9couvert d\u2018arme \u00e0 feu lors de ses perquisitions, des conversations font \u00e9tat de la constitution d\u2018une cagnotte visant \u00e0 en acqu\u00e9rir une. Du reste, le langage employ\u00e9 ne laisse pas la place au doute : pour \u201cchanger l\u2019histoire de l\u2018Allemagne\u201c, les sept hommes s\u2019\u00e9taient dit r\u00e9solus \u00e0 \u201cfaire des victimes\u201c. Leurs cibles : des \u00e9trangers, des politiques ou des journalistes (1<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Difficile \u00e9galement de saisir le contexte d\u2019apparition du groupe. Le nom appara\u00eet en 2013 sur Facebook, mais la cellule semble plus r\u00e9cente. Plusieurs de ses membres ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9s, et certains ont fait partie d\u2018organisations n\u00e9onazies depuis lors interdites. Alors que le groupe dit \u201cFreital\u201c a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 l\u2018an pass\u00e9 pour des attaques \u00e0 l\u2019explosif et que Beate Zsch\u00e4pe est enferm\u00e9e \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 depuis juillet pour dix meurtres commis par son \u201cParti national-socialiste souterrain\u201c (NSU), les m\u00e9moires sont \u00e0 vif (3<\/strong>), d\u2019autant que \u201cR\u00e9volution Chemnitz\u201d qualifiait cette m\u00eame NSU de \u201cbande d\u2019incapables\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si, comme le veulent les circonstances, le personnel politique a salu\u00e9 unanimement l\u2019action des forces de police et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la fermet\u00e9 contre les terroristes (4<\/strong>), ces r\u00e9v\u00e9lations apparaissent comme un d\u00e9sav\u0153u pour l\u2018aile droite de la CDU\/CSU, dont certains acteurs avaient minimis\u00e9 l\u2019acuit\u00e9 de la violence raciste lors des manifestations de ces derniers mois. La volont\u00e9 d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9e de capitaliser sur ce th\u00e8me s\u00e9curitaire et de faire taire les critiques pourrait expliquer la r\u00e9action \u00e9tonnamment alarmiste du ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur Horst Seehofer (CSU), selon lequel \u201cun attentat peut se produire \u00e0 tout moment\u201d. Les Verts parlent d\u2019un \u201csignal d\u2018alarme\u201c, alors que certains dans tous les partis font le lien entre la lib\u00e9ration de la parole radicale aliment\u00e9e par l\u2018AfD (extr\u00eame-droite) et la recrudescence des violences. L\u2019image des L\u00e4nder de l\u2019Est, souvent montr\u00e9s du doigt comme des terreaux d\u2018extr\u00e9miste, est encore \u00e9corn\u00e9e ; une d\u00e9gradation toujours plus propice aux populismes ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
