Cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement mettra en avant les traditions agricoles des diff\u00e9rentes provinces, tout en soulignant l\u2019int\u00e9gration des techniques modernes de production agricole (<strong>1<\/strong>). Des communications politiques v\u00e9hicule l\u2019attention que le Parti accorde aux contributions paysannes. La vie rurale et l\u2019agriculture sont plac\u00e9es comme \u00e9l\u00e9ments cruciaux dans les directions futures de l\u2019\u00c9tat (<strong>2<\/strong>). Xi Jinping a \u00e9galement fait des visites officielles dans les plaines agricoles du Heilongjiang les jours suivants (<strong>4<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette nouvelle campagne vise s\u00fbrement \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer l\u2019urbanisation exponentielle et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le foss\u00e9 existant entre les villes et le monde rural. Il s\u2019agirait aussi de mettre en valeur une population qui est d\u2019autant plus marginalis\u00e9e par le d\u00e9veloppement moderne d\u2019une partie du pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s sur les directions politiques \u00e0 suivre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9es (<strong>3<\/strong>).
