Les transports ainsi que les commerces vont pouvoir reprendre leur activit\u00e9 dans les quartiers o\u00f9 aucun cas de Covid n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9 dans les deux derni\u00e8res semaines, apr\u00e8s plus de deux mois d\u2019arr\u00eat total dans la plus grande ville du pays, qui compte plus de 26 millions d\u2019habitants. Certains habitants r\u00e9sidant dans les quartiers \u00e0 \u00ab&#160;faible risque&#160;\u00bb pourront \u00e9galement sortir de chez eux sans autorisation et circuler librement, sans \u00eatre entrav\u00e9s par les contr\u00f4les des comit\u00e9s de quartier.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En avril dernier, en plein c\u0153ur des confinements strictes \u00e0 Shanghai, nous vous proposions dans nos colonnes <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/04\/22\/shanghai-temoignages-de-lenfer-confine\/\">une s\u00e9lection de t\u00e9moignages<\/a> faite par David Ownby, pla\u00e7ant des mots sur l\u2019enfer v\u00e9cu par les habitants de la m\u00e9galopole chinoise.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alors que le taux de l\u00e9talit\u00e9 ainsi que le nombre de contaminations diminuent fortement \u2014 3 352 cas de Covid d\u00e9tect\u00e9s le 30 mai contre pr\u00e8s de 30 000 fin avril \u2014, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/04\/20\/la-chine-maintient-et-renforce-sa-strategie-zero-covid\/\">la politique du z\u00e9ro covid<\/a> est toujours en vigueur en Chine. L&rsquo;objectif <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/03\/15\/reprise-de-la-pandemie-de-covid-19-en-chine\/\">du taux de croissance de P\u00e9kin fix\u00e9 \u00e0 5,5&#160;% pour 2022<\/a> ne sera vraisemblablement pas atteint. En avril dernier, le FMI estimait que la croissance chinoise ne devrait s\u2019\u00e9lever qu\u2019\u00e0 4,4&#160;% cette ann\u00e9e, ce qui correspond \u00e0 la pire performance \u00e9conomique de la Chine depuis plus de 20 ans \u2014 \u00e0 l\u2019exception de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 marqu\u00e9e par le pic du Covid-19.
