La prolif\u00e9ration rampante des lieux de cultes est un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui touche une vaste majorit\u00e9 de pays au Sud du Sahara sur ces vingt \u00e0 trente derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Elle a pour corollaire, dit-on, l\u2019exploitation physique, morale et financi\u00e8re des \u00ab&#160;brebis&#160;\u00bb par ces nouveaux \u00ab&#160;proph\u00e8tes&#160;\u00bb qui se posent en z\u00e9lateurs capables de pr\u00e9dire l\u2019avenir, de conjurer tous genres de sortil\u00e8ges, d\u2019apporter \u00ab&#160;d\u00e9livrance&#160;\u00bb et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les conditions de vie des croyants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9rives de ces \u00ab&#160;personnes de Dieu&#160;\u00bb, poss\u00e9dant une v\u00e9ritable emprise sur leurs \u00ab&#160;disciples&#160;\u00bb et capables d\u2019extraire l\u2019imp\u00f4t mieux que l\u2019Etat, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 misent au grand jour par le truchement des nouvelles technologies et des r\u00e9seaux sociaux et ont souvent suscit\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9moi dans l\u2019opinion publique. Toute chose qui a mis la pression sur des gouvernements jusque-l\u00e0 r\u00e9tifs \u00e0 s\u2019immiscer dans la gestion de la chose religieuse. Kigali vient, pourtant, de sonner le glas, en d\u00e9cidant de fermer plus d\u2019un millier de lieux de cultes (\u00e9glises et mosqu\u00e9es). &nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-14059' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2018\/04\/07\/letat-et-la-religion-au-rwanda\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-14059' title=' Associated Press (2018). &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.news24.com\/Africa\/News\/rwanda-closes-thousands-of-churches-in-bid-for-more-control-20180404&quot;&gt;Rwanda closes thousands of churches in bid for more control&lt;\/a&gt;. '><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span> M\u00eame si initialement, les autorit\u00e9s ont justifi\u00e9 ces fermetures par le fait que les b\u00e2timents abritant ces congr\u00e9gations ne sont pas aux normes, il est aujourd\u2019hui question de voter une loi qui permettrait de r\u00e9guler les cultes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette loi vise notamment les \u00e9glises pentec\u00f4tistes dont les pasteurs devront d\u00e9sormais obtenir un dipl\u00f4me de th\u00e9ologie. Si l\u2019on comprend les motivations du gouvernement, beaucoup s\u2019inqui\u00e8tent de l\u2019avenir de la libert\u00e9 de culte. Reste \u00e9galement \u00e0 savoir si d\u2019autres pays, o\u00f9 s\u00e9vit le m\u00eame ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne, suivront la voie du Rwanda, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que le pouvoir des religieux tant \u00e0 surclasser celui de l\u2019Etat.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Perspectives&#160;: <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les religieux tiennent un r\u00f4le central dans beaucoup de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s en Afrique.
