Si les discussions porteront sur un large panel de sujets&#160;: les effets de la guerre en Ukraine sur la relance europ\u00e9enne, la d\u00e9fense et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en Europe, les processus d\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019UE. Fin avril, celui-ci visitait d\u2019ailleurs une station de production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne au Japon avant de d\u00e9clarer que \u00ab&#160;l&rsquo;Allemagne et le Japon sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 des leaders technologiques dans de nombreux domaines lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Dans le cadre de notre partenariat \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, nous allons encore approfondir cette coop\u00e9ration. L&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne joue un r\u00f4le tr\u00e8s d\u00e9cisif \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard, y compris pour l&rsquo;utilisation industrielle&#160;\u00bb, le 28 avril \u00e0 Tokyo. Le Premier ministre belge a ainsi rapport\u00e9 qu\u2019il y a d\u00e9sormais plus de gaz qui transite par la Belgique pour approvisionner l\u2019Allemagne que par l\u2019Ukraine, avant de f\u00e9liciter le changement de position du chancelier Scholz sur l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/05\/04\/lunion-propose-la-mise-en-place-dun-embargo-sur-le-petrole-russe\/\">embargo europ\u00e9en vis-\u00e0-vis du p\u00e9trole russe<\/a>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans ce contexte, pour \u00e9viter des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9conomiques importantes en Europe, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnu par les deux parties comme un des moyens disponibles pour remplacer les \u00e9nergies fossiles provenant de Russie. Dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/11\/01\/des-valeurs-a-lautonomie\/\">discours prononc\u00e9 au Coll\u00e8ge d\u2019Europe<\/a> en octobre 2021, Alexander De Croo reconnaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 le r\u00f4le que l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne vert peut jouer dans une strat\u00e9gie europ\u00e9enne de l\u2019endiguement du changement climatique.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les deux dirigeants ont \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9largissement aux Balkans. S\u2019ils se sont prononc\u00e9s en faveur de ce dernier, le chancelier Scholz a soutenu l\u2019id\u00e9e que cette int\u00e9gration devait se faire plus rapidement, tandis que le Premier ministre belge, De Croo, a rappel\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se conformer \u00e0 l\u2019acquis communautaire, correspondant aux crit\u00e8res de Copenhague adopt\u00e9s en 1993. .&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pour autant, la plupart des grands d\u00e9fis que pose l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9s. Un hydrog\u00e8ne produit \u00e0 base d\u2019\u00e9nergies fossiles (notamment du gaz naturel) n\u2019est pas si vertueux d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9cologique car la transformation de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 en hydrog\u00e8ne puis de nouveau en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 entra\u00eene des d\u00e9perditions en cha\u00eene. Au-del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9carbonation de l\u2019industrie, l\u2019utilisation de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne pour alimenter le chauffage ou les voitures suppose de grandes infrastructures de transport et de distribution, aujourd\u2019hui inexistantes, bien que de nombreux projets soient en cours de d\u00e9ploiement.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/ZRDqP\/2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans tous les cas, le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne s\u2019inscrit r\u00e9solument dans la planification \u00e9cologique nationale et europ\u00e9enne.
