Ursula von der Leyen et le Premier ministre indien, Narendra Modi, ont convenu de mettre en place un Conseil du commerce et des technologies UE-Inde lors de leur r\u00e9union du lundi 25 avril \u00e0 New Delhi. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La d\u00e9cision de cr\u00e9er un Conseil du commerce et des technologies avec l&rsquo;un de ses partenaires est une premi\u00e8re pour l&rsquo;Inde, alors que l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne a d\u00e9j\u00e0 mis en place avec les \u00c9tats-Unis ce type de coop\u00e9ration. La cr\u00e9ation du Conseil du commerce et des technologies UE-Inde est une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 vers un partenariat strat\u00e9gique renforc\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat de tous les citoyens indiens et europ\u00e9ens. Ces positions peuvent s\u2019expliquer par la d\u00e9pendance de l\u2019Inde en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;armement vis-\u00e0-vis de la Russie puisque plus de 60&#160;% de l&rsquo;approvisionnement militaire de l\u2019Inde provient de Moscou.&nbsp;Depuis le d\u00e9but de la guerre en Ukraine, l\u2019Inde s\u2019est \u00e9galement engag\u00e9e \u00e0 acheter une importante quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e9trole russe en roubles et \u00e0 prix r\u00e9duit.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/3xEBR\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u00c0 la fin de sa visite, Ursula von der Leyen a d\u00e9livr\u00e9 un discours au Raisina Dialogue, une conf\u00e9rence annuelle sur la g\u00e9opolitique qui se tient \u00e0 New Delhi. Elle a notamment d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab&#160;l\u2019issue de la guerre ne d\u00e9terminera pas seulement l\u2019avenir de l\u2019Europe, mais elle affectera profond\u00e9ment aussi <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/06\/22\/ce-que-lunion-peut-faire-en-indo-pacifique\/\">la r\u00e9gion Indo-Pacifique<\/a>\u00ab&#160;. Joe Biden a \u00e9galement eu un appel vid\u00e9o avec Narendra Modi le 11 avril \u2013 malgr\u00e9 les d\u00e9saccords, le renforcement des relations avec l&rsquo;Inde est la pierre angulaire de la\u00a0strat\u00e9gie de l&rsquo;administration Biden dans la r\u00e9gion indo-pacifique, notamment \u00e0 travers la r\u00e9union du Quad (\u00c9tats-Unis, Australie, Japon, Inde) pour contrebalancer l\u2019influence de la Chine. Cette derni\u00e8re a d\u2019ailleurs sign\u00e9 un accord de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avec les \u00eeles Salomon le vendredi 22 avril.
