Avec l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la Pologne dans l\u2019Union en 2004, le Triangle de Weimar s\u2019est transform\u00e9 en un v\u00e9ritable cadre de coop\u00e9ration diplomatique. Il a n\u00e9anmoins \u00e9t\u00e9 peu utilis\u00e9 ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la derni\u00e8re r\u00e9union de ce format remontant \u00e0 octobre 2020 sur la situation en Bi\u00e9lorussie apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9\u00e9lection contest\u00e9e d&rsquo;Alexandre Loukachenko.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aujourd\u2019hui, le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais, le chancelier allemand et le pr\u00e9sident polonais doivent se rencontrer \u00e0 Berlin pour relancer ce format. La porte-parole adjointe du gouvernement allemand, Christiane Hoffmann a expliqu\u00e9&nbsp;hier que les trois pays avaient une \u00ab&#160;responsabilit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re&#160;\u00bb dans cette crise. Cette relance du format du Triangle Weimar a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en amont par les \u00e9changes t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques entre Emmanuel Macron et Andrzej Duda le 3 f\u00e9vrier et entre Emmanuel Macron et Olaf Scholz le 4 f\u00e9vrier. Elle interviendra aussi le lendemain de la visite d\u2019Olaf Scholz aux \u00c9tats-Unis, et de celle d\u2019Emmanuel Macron \u00e0 Moscou. De plus, le pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais arrivera \u00e0 Berlin apr\u00e8s une visite officielle \u00e0 Kiev le m\u00eame jour.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le principal objectif est de coordonner les positions fran\u00e7aise, allemande et polonaise sur les tensions russo-ukrainiennes afin de pr\u00e9senter une position commune europ\u00e9enne. La Pologne reproche depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise \u00e0 l\u2019Allemagne et \u00e0 la France de ne pas s\u2019engager en faveur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Ukraine, alors que la France et l\u2019Allemagne veulent dialoguer avec la Russie pour apaiser les tensions. Fin janvier, le premier ministre polonais, Mateusz Morawiecki a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9&#160;: \u00ab&#160;J\u2019observe avec inqui\u00e9tude la situation en Ukraine et les r\u00e9actions de nos voisins allemands face \u00e0 la menace russe [&#8230;] Malheureusement, le sc\u00e9nario noir dont nous avertissons depuis longtemps est en train de se produire&#160;: la construction du gazoduc <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/05\/02\/comment-nord-stream-2-sinscrit-il-dans-les-tensions-militaires-entre-lukraine-et-la-russie\/\">Nord Stream 2<\/a>, le chantage au gaz de la Russie, les milliards investis par Poutine en Europe lui donnent les outils pour terroriser d\u2019autres pays europ\u00e9ens&#160;\u00bb &nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-130700' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/02\/08\/triangle-de-weimar-reunion-entre-la-france-lallemagne-et-la-pologne\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-130700' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/international\/article\/2022\/01\/29\/l-attitude-de-paris-et-de-berlin-conforte-les-polonais-dans-leur-atlantisme_6111521_3210.html&quot;&gt;L\u2019attitude de Paris et de Berlin conforte les Polonais dans leur atlantisme (lemonde.fr)&lt;\/a&gt;.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.
