En 2021, la FED avait continu\u00e9 sa politique de taux directeurs faibles, malgr\u00e9 une inflation d\u00e9j\u00e0 en hausse. Au sein du conseil des gouverneurs de la FED, on esp\u00e9rait que cette augmentation des prix soit temporaire et on justifiait cette politique accommodante par la recherche du plein-emploi, dans un contexte de reprise \u00e9conomique post-Covid.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-datawrapper wp-block-embed-datawrapper\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" title=\"Estimations de l&#039;inflation annuel en d\u00e9cembre 2021 en zone euro et aux Etats-Unis\" src=\"https:\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/xeiCG\/1\/#?secret=7FIuBPF3Lf\" data-secret=\"7FIuBPF3Lf\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" height=\"500\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si le ch\u00f4mage aux \u00c9tats-Unis est presque revenu \u00e0 son niveau d\u2019avant crise (3,9&#160;% d\u00e9but 2022), le pouvoir d\u2019achat des am\u00e9ricains s\u2019\u00e9rode avec des augmentations de salaires (4,8&#160;% en novembre 2021 sur une ann\u00e9e) qui n\u2019arrivent pas \u00e0 suivre l&rsquo;inflation. En organisant une r\u00e9union du conseil des gouverneurs fin janvier, la FED risquait d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la remont\u00e9e des taux.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Wall Street s\u2019est inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle hausse des taux directeurs de la FED plus pr\u00e9coce. Les march\u00e9s financiers s\u2019attendent ainsi \u00e0 un ralentissement des investissements provoqu\u00e9 par la future hausse des taux directeurs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019inflation en zone euro est moins importante qu\u2019aux \u00c9tats-Unis (5&#160;%), mais une remont\u00e9e des taux par la FED\u00a0 pourrait pousser la BCE \u00e0 suivre cette voie, en ralentissant son programme de rachat de dettes publiques sur les march\u00e9s secondaires.
