Il permettrait de ne pas respecter certaines dispositions du protocole en cas de \u201cgraves difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, soci\u00e9tales ou environnementales qui sont susceptibles de perdurer\u201d ou de \u201cr\u00e9orientation des \u00e9changes\u201d<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Quelles relations \u00e0 terme&#160;? Les positions tranch\u00e9es et cristallis\u00e9es sur le protocole nord-irlandais emp\u00eachent fondamentalement d\u2019avancer sur le futur de la relation Union-Royaume-Uni. \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d et Truss se sont accord\u00e9s sur le fait que les deux pays se rejoignent sur les questions de \u201cd\u00e9mocratie et de libert\u00e9\u201d, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cruciaux mais pas suffisantes pour garantir un lien solide, permettant de retrouver \u201cle chemin de la confiance\u201d, selon l\u2019expression du pr\u00e9sident fran\u00e7ais. La relation \u00e9conomique s\u2019est contract\u00e9e depuis 2019, les accords de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9fense ne sont toujours pas clairement \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/o2i8R\/1\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Liz Truss et Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d se sont rencontr\u00e9s il y a d\u00e9sormais dix jours. Dans une apparente atmosph\u00e8re de guerre fra\u00eeche, qui s\u2019est poursuivie par d\u2019autres n\u00e9gociations cette semaine et une rencontre pr\u00e9vue aujourd\u2019hui, Truss a refus\u00e9 d\u2019exclure une invocation possible de l\u2019Article 16. Les Britanniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairs et ils souhaitent un nouvel accord. Le Parti conservateur tout en entier vit sous la pression des \u00e9lections au Parlement nord-irlandais, pr\u00e9vues le 5 mai, souhaitant \u00e0 tout prix qu\u2019elles ne se jouent pas sur le rapport \u00e0 l\u2019Union et sur le protocole.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/h5zV5\/5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le Royaume-Uni cherche de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ses relations commerciales avec l\u2019Inde pour donner une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 au projet <em>Global Britain<\/em>. Malgr\u00e9 leurs liens historiques, le volume d\u2019\u00e9changes entre les deux pays repr\u00e9sente \u00e0 peine 26 milliards de dollars, soit moins de 2&#160;% du commerce global de ces deux pays.
