C\u2019est jeudi 27, \u00e0 partir du 4e tour, que l\u2019on peut esp\u00e9rer commencer \u00e0 avoir un gagnant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Un processus bien huil\u00e9. Le scrutin est indirect et secret. Il rassemble 1099 personnes (parlementaires, d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s r\u00e9gionaux, s\u00e9nateurs \u00e0 vie, anciens pr\u00e9sidents). Pour les 3 premiers tours (1 par jour en raison de la pand\u00e9mie), le gagnant doit r\u00e9unir une majorit\u00e9 des deux-tiers, ce qui est tr\u00e8s improbable. \u00c0 partir du 4e tour, qui commencera donc jeudi, la majorit\u00e9 absolue s\u2019impose.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Quel est l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019Italie cette fois-ci&#160;?
