Cette r\u00e9union a permis au ministre allemand lib\u00e9ral-d\u00e9mocrate, Christian Lindner, de rappeler qu\u2019il \u00e9tait en faveur du retour de la discipline budg\u00e9taire. Le clivage politique majeur reste l\u2019ouverture du dossier Pacte de stabilit\u00e9 et de croissance. Le ministre fran\u00e7ais de l\u2019\u00e9conomie, qui pr\u00e9side pendant les six mois de pr\u00e9sidence fran\u00e7aise les r\u00e9unions Ecofin, a soulign\u00e9 les priorit\u00e9s de Paris en renversant les termes du d\u00e9bat et en parlant plut\u00f4t du Pacte de croissance et stabilit\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/02\/22\/que-faire-des-regles-budgetaires-europeennes\/\">Lire plus<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pour rappel, si la position allemande semble divergente, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/11\/25\/doctrine-de-la-nouvelle-ere-allemande\/\">le contrat de coalition<\/a> semblait plut\u00f4t align\u00e9 avec les propos fran\u00e7ais sur les besoins d\u2019investissements&#160;: \u00ab&#160;Le pacte de stabilit\u00e9 et de croissance (PSC) a prouv\u00e9 sa flexibilit\u00e9. Sur sa base, nous voulons garantir la croissance, maintenir la viabilit\u00e9 de la dette et veiller \u00e0 des investissements durables et respectueux du climat. L\u2019\u00e9volution des r\u00e8gles budg\u00e9taires devrait s\u2019orienter vers ces objectifs afin de renforcer leur efficacit\u00e9 face aux d\u00e9fis de notre \u00e9poque.&#160;\u00bb Le Sommet sur le nouveau mod\u00e8le europ\u00e9en de croissance et d&rsquo;investissement organis\u00e9 les 10 et 11 mars en France, devrait adresser ces questions.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019inflation a atteint 5&#160;% sur l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2021. Au niveau mondial, elle continue en effet de battre des records. Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, l\u2019inflation a atteint 7&#160;%, et m\u00eame si les prix ont augment\u00e9 plus lentement en d\u00e9cembre (hausse de 0,5&#160;% par rapport \u00e0 0,9&#160;% en octobre), elle pourrait avoir un co\u00fbt politique \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour l\u2019administration d\u00e9mocrate (plus des trois quarts des consommateurs am\u00e9ricains sont pr\u00e9occup\u00e9s par l&rsquo;inflation).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/xeiCG\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Au p\u00f4le oppos\u00e9, la Chine a r\u00e9duit l\u2019un de ses taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat dans un effort de stimuler une relance marqu\u00e9e par l\u2019effondrement de l&rsquo;immobilier et une r\u00e9pression sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent des entreprises priv\u00e9es.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/DYW9W\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les ministres ont \u00e9galement discut\u00e9 du projet de directive visant \u00e0 transposer dans le droit europ\u00e9en l\u2019accord de l\u2019OCDE sur un taux minimum d\u2019imposition de 15&#160;% pour les multinationales obtenu en octobre dernier.
