Les deux \u00c9tats font partie des pays qui ont toujours une ambassade \u00e0 Kaboul et ont plusieurs fois fait savoir qu\u2019ils ne se reconnaissaient pas dans l\u2019objectif des puissances occidentales d\u2019aider l\u2019Afghanistan sans passer par les Talibans \u2013 l\u2019absence de Xi Jinping et Poutine a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 remarqu\u00e9e au G20 organis\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=e4befb8c3c&amp;e=a7246a6503\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mario Draghi<\/a> en octobre pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la situation humanitaire en Afghanistan.<br>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><li>Aujourd\u2019hui, une crise humanitaire sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent se d\u00e9roule en Afghanistan. Selon le Programme alimentaire mondial des Nations unies, 98&#160;% des Afghans risquent une forme ou une autre de malnutrition en ce d\u00e9but d\u2019hiver.
