Cette loi \u00e9lectorale ratifi\u00e9e (sans vote) par le Parlement avait \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 contest\u00e9e par le Haut Conseil d\u2019\u00c9tat car consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme con\u00e7ue pour et trop favorable au mar\u00e9chal Haftar, avec qui la France entretient des relations privil\u00e9gi\u00e9es.
