D\u2019autres questions seront \u00e9galement au centre des discussions, notamment les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, en particulier homme-femme. Trois piliers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finis pour ce sommet, qui a pour but un \u00ab&#160;retour du multilat\u00e9ralisme&#160;\u00bb selon Mario Draghi&#160;: \u00ab&#160;les personnes, la plan\u00e8te et la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-124497' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/30\/ouverture-du-g20-limpossible-concorde\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-124497' title='https:\/\/www.g20.org\/italian-g20-presidency\/priorities.html'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<br><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/qJeXn\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une r\u00e9union extraordinaire du G20 s\u2019est tenue sur l&rsquo;Afghanistan en amont du sommet de Rome, \u00e0 propos de l\u2019aide humanitaire, de la lutte contre le terrorisme et des relations avec les autorit\u00e9s talibanes. Le sommet n\u2019a pas d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur une position commune des membres du G20, et la divergence entre les pays occidentaux d&rsquo;une part et, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/20\/un-sommet-a-moscou-reunit-aujourdhui-la-chine-liran-le-pakistan-et-les-talibans\/?mc_cid=3ea6b552d3&amp;mc_eid=a7246a6503\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">no<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/20\/un-sommet-a-moscou-reunit-aujourdhui-la-chine-liran-le-pakistan-et-les-talibans\/?mc_cid=3ea6b552d3&amp;mc_eid=a7246a6503\">t<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/20\/un-sommet-a-moscou-reunit-aujourdhui-la-chine-liran-le-pakistan-et-les-talibans\/?mc_cid=3ea6b552d3&amp;mc_eid=a7246a6503\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">amment, la Chine et la Russie<\/a> d&rsquo;autre part s\u2019est maintenue.<br><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><li>Dans le contexte des tensions actuelles entre la Russie et les pays l\u2019OTAN et de l\u2019Union, la pr\u00e9sidence russe a annonc\u00e9 que Vladimir Poutine ne se rendrait ni \u00e0 Rome ni \u00e0 Glasgow. Il en est de m\u00eame de Xi Jinping, dont l\u2019absence est un \u00ab&#160;symbole de l\u2019isolement chinois&#160;\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-124497' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/30\/ouverture-du-g20-limpossible-concorde\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-124497' title='Le Monde, &lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/international\/article\/2021\/10\/28\/l-absence-de-xi-jinping-au-g20-symbole-de-l-isolement-chinois_6100167_3210.html&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot; rel=&quot;noreferrer noopener&quot;&gt;L\u2019absence de Xi Jinping au G20 et \u00e0 la COP26, symbole de l\u2019isolement chinois&lt;\/a&gt;, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Lema\u00eetre, 28 octobre 2021'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>. Xi Jinping ne s\u2019est en effet entretenu que deux fois avec Joe Biden depuis l\u2019investiture de ce dernier, et seulement par le biais d\u2019appels t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques. <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/10\/22\/une-nouvelle-etape-dans-la-relation-entre-lunion-et-taiwan\/\">\u00c0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne raffermit ses liens avec Taiwan<\/a> et o\u00f9 les \u00c9tats-Unis affirment leur soutien ind\u00e9fectible \u00e0 l\u2019\u00eele menac\u00e9e par la Chine, le Pr\u00e9sident Xi Jinping ne semble pas pr\u00eat \u00e0 rencontrer ses homologues, m\u00eame s\u2019il s\u2019est entretenu avec Emmanuel Macron le 26 octobre.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Certaines tensions doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es en amont du sommet du G20. Ainsi, Emmanuel Macron a rencontr\u00e9 Joe Biden pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/09\/21\/comment-eviter-une-guerre-entre-la-chine-et-les-etats-unis\/\">la crise AUKUS<\/a> qui avait \u00e9clat\u00e9 le 15 septembre et que Jean-Yves le Drian avait qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab&#160;trahison entre alli\u00e9s&#160;\u00bb. Deux entretiens t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques avaient eu lieu entre les pr\u00e9sidents, et Anthony Blinken s\u2019\u00e9tait rendu en France d\u00e9but octobre pour adoucir ces tensions tandis que Kamala Harris est attendue en France en novembre.
