Ce secteur seul repr\u00e9sente toutefois 4,5 milliards de tonnes d\u2019\u00e9missions de CO2 par an, et fera de ce march\u00e9 du carbone le plus important au monde.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/9aWAB\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les syst\u00e8mes de droits d\u2019\u00e9mission de CO2 sont des mesures d\u00e9j\u00e0 en vigueur dans un certain nombre de pays. Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes d\u00e9montrent leur efficacit\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9duction d\u2019\u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, m\u00eame avec la tonne de carbone fix\u00e9e \u00e0 un prix faible. Il n\u2019existe toutefois pas de consensus sur la question.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Les premi\u00e8res transactions de droits \u00e0 polluer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es hier \u00e0 la Bourse de l\u2019environnement et de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de Shanghai. La tonne circulait alors \u00e0 un prix inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 7 dollars (52,78 yuan), tandis que celle-ci s&rsquo;\u00e9changeait \u00e0 environ 36 dollars dans l\u2019Union en 2020. Selon la Commission europ\u00e9enne, \u00ab&#160;Les installations couvertes par le SEQE (Syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9change de quotas d\u2019\u00e9mission) ont r\u00e9duit leurs \u00e9missions d\u2019environ 35&#160;% entre 2005 et 2019.&#160;\u00bb<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/zWKZc\/4\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ce nouveau syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9change de droits d\u2019\u00e9mission s\u2019inscrit dans une perspective \u00e9cologique chinoise plus large, visant \u00e0 atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone d\u2019ici 2060, conform\u00e9ment aux promesses faites par Xi Jinping en septembre dernier, lors de la 75\u00e8me Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des Nations unies.
