Le Premier ministre sortant, Bo\u00efko Borissov (Pr\u00e9sident du parti de centre-droit GERB, ancien garde du corps du dirigeant communiste Todor Jivkov), est arriv\u00e9 en t\u00eate avec 25,8&#160;% des voix, mais a \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 former une coalition stable.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/OO2FQ\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le parti du chanteur et pr\u00e9sentateur t\u00e9l\u00e9 Slavi Trifonov cr\u00e9\u00e9 en f\u00e9vrier 2020, <em>Il y a un tel peuple<\/em> (ITN), est arriv\u00e9 en deuxi\u00e8me place \u00e0 la surprise g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, bousculant la formation traditionnelle de gauche BSP zB, en perte de vitesse depuis les \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives de 2009. Populiste et anti syst\u00e8me, le parti de Slavi Trifonov est au coude \u00e0 coude dans les sondages avec le GERB pour les \u00e9lections d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui.<\/li><li>Dans ce pays qui est l\u2019un des plus pauvres de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, plusieurs partis dont <em>Bulgarie d\u00e9mocratique <\/em>(9,45&#160;% des voix en avril dernier) et <em>Debout&#160;! Mafia dehors&#160;! <\/em>(4,72&#160;% des voix) appellent au renouvellement de la classe politique, qui fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un nombre important de scandales li\u00e9s \u00e0 des affaires de corruption.<\/li><li>La formation de Slavi Trifonov s\u2019est dite dispos\u00e9e \u00e0 n\u00e9gocier avec ces deux partis dont les repr\u00e9sentants sont descendus dans la rue pour manifester durant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2020, apr\u00e8s des r\u00e9v\u00e9lations de scandales impliquant Bo\u00efko Borissov ainsi que son bras-droit, Tsvetan Tsvetanov. Il faudrait toutefois que les trois formations r\u00e9unies obtiennent la majorit\u00e9 des 240 si\u00e8ges de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e bulgare, ce que les sondages ne pr\u00e9voient pas.<\/li><li>Comme le montrent les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019avril 2021, la confiance dans les partis traditionnels semble s\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9rod\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, avec une importante perte de vitesse du GERB et de la coalition men\u00e9e par le Parti socialiste bulgare (BSP zB). La liste de Bo\u00efko Borissov a perdu 20 si\u00e8ges par rapport aux \u00e9lections de 2017, le BSP zB 37 si\u00e8ges.<\/li><li>Les partis nationalistes de droite, le VMRO-BND et le Front national pour le salut de la Bulgarie, membres de l\u2019ancienne alliance <em>Patriotes unis<\/em>, ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 \u00e0 atteindre le seuil de 4&#160;% en avril dernier, perdant les 27 si\u00e8ges qu\u2019ils avaient gagn\u00e9s en 2017.
