Au cours de celle-ci, les ministres des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res des six pays constituant <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2021\/06\/23\/geopolitique-des-balkans\/\">les Balkans occidentaux<\/a> ont discut\u00e9 avec leurs homologues europ\u00e9ens, ainsi que du Royaume-Uni, d\u2019initiatives visant \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration entre les deux r\u00e9gions.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/cS1ix\/2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Si le Kosovo ainsi que la Bosnie et Herz\u00e9govine ne sont que des candidats potentiels \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, la Serbie, le Mont\u00e9n\u00e9gro, l\u2019Albanie ainsi que la R\u00e9publique de Mac\u00e9doine du Nord font pleinement partie du processus qui vise \u00e0 les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 l\u2019UE.<\/li><li>Des n\u00e9gociations sont en cours depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Elles visent \u00e0 aider les pays des Balkans occidentaux \u00e0 atteindre les crit\u00e8res de stabilit\u00e9 et de d\u00e9veloppement requis pour int\u00e9grer l\u2019Union. Ce Processus de Berlin a pour objectif de soutenir les processus d\u00e9j\u00e0 existants, de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019adh\u00e9sion.<\/li><li>Plusieurs mesures concr\u00e8tes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9es pour favoriser cette coop\u00e9ration, notamment la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019Office r\u00e9gional de coop\u00e9ration pour la jeunesse des Balkans occidentaux en 2016, qui vise \u00e0 promouvoir la coop\u00e9ration et la mobilit\u00e9 des jeunes dans la r\u00e9gion, ou bien l\u2019Accord r\u00e9gional d\u2019itin\u00e9rance qui, depuis le 1er juillet dernier, r\u00e9duit les prix des communications t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques entre pays des Balkans.<\/li><li>L\u2019instabilit\u00e9 qui subsiste dans les Balkans occidentaux est l\u2019un des principaux freins \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration europ\u00e9enne, au-del\u00e0 des indicateurs \u00e9conomiques et de croissance. Dans cette perspective, le Processus de Berlin entend aussi bien favoriser les \u00e9changes et la coop\u00e9ration entre pays europ\u00e9ens et pays des Balkans, qu\u2019entre ces derniers.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/KokYi\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En mars 2020, les ministres des affaires europ\u00e9ennes ont \u00ab&#160;marqu\u00e9 leur accord politique sur l\u2019ouverture des n\u00e9gociations d\u2019adh\u00e9sion&#160;\u00bb avec l\u2019Albanie et la Mac\u00e9doine du Nord, en raison des progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans le cadre de r\u00e9formes judiciaires, dans la lutte contre la corruption et le crime organis\u00e9.
