Le pr\u00e9sident Nayib Bukele gouverne depuis plus d\u2019un an et demi sans majorit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale. Depuis le d\u00e9but de son mandat, Bukele a impos\u00e9 une confrontation syst\u00e9matique et virulente avec les d\u00e9put\u00e9s des partis traditionnels (ARENA, de droite&#160;; et FMLN, de gauche) au point de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=f4c449a8f1&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">militariser l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale<\/a>, le 9 f\u00e9vrier 2020, pour que les d\u00e9put\u00e9s approuvent son budget de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 int\u00e9rieure. \u00c0 partir de dimanche, Bukele devrait parvenir \u00e0 un de ses principaux objectifs&#160;: contr\u00f4ler le pouvoir l\u00e9gislatif. Tous les sondages laissent penser qu\u2019il obtiendra la majorit\u00e9 avec son parti de centre-droit Nuevas Ideas (\u00ab&#160;Nouvelles Id\u00e9es&#160;\u00bb) ou gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une coalition avec le parti de droite GANA qui l\u2019a amen\u00e9 au pouvoir.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/kAcbo\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Un climat de tension<\/strong>. La campagne \u00e9lectorale aura \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e par la violence des rapports entre les soutiens du pr\u00e9sident et une opposition de plus en plus affaiblie face \u00e0 la popularit\u00e9 in\u00e9dite de Bukele aupr\u00e8s des Salvadoriens (plus de 80&#160;% de l\u2019opinion lui sont favorables). \u00c0 la violence verbale (insultes et \u00e9changes houleux sur Twitter) s\u2019est ajout\u00e9e la violence physique lors de l\u2019attentat du 31 janvier dernier perp\u00e9tr\u00e9 par des militants de <em>Nuevas Ideas<\/em> contre des militants du FMLN. Une violence politique jamais vue depuis la fin de la guerre civile en 1992.\u00a0<\/li><li><strong>Quelle deuxi\u00e8me partie de mandat&#160;?<\/strong>\u00a0Depuis son \u00e9lection, Bukele est rest\u00e9 dans une dynamique de campagne pour les \u00e9lections de dimanche, non sans susciter de nombreuses pol\u00e9miques. Apr\u00e8s Trump, l\u2019administration Biden ne semble plus consid\u00e9rer de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on son penchant autoritaire, les cas de corruption au sein de son gouvernement, la place centrale qu\u2019il accorde \u00e0 l\u2019arm\u00e9e, ses rapports conflictuels avec la presse et\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/lldl.us14.list-manage.com\/track\/click?u=10762824cc6c812ec1f389f08&amp;id=d25a9f68ad&amp;e=9d9d57a1aa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les n\u00e9gociations
