Depuis l\u2019attaque ayant fait 27 morts en d\u00e9cembre dernier, de nouveaux enl\u00e8vements ont eu lieu et quatre soldats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s au Niger.<\/li><li><strong>Aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/strong>, des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives ont \u00e9galement lieu au Laos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota bene&nbsp;<\/strong>&#160;:&nbsp;2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 la plus mauvaise ann\u00e9e pour la d\u00e9mocratie selon le Democracy Index (calcul\u00e9 par le groupe The Economist), qui a atteint sa moyenne globale la plus faible depuis
