L\u2019occasion de se pencher sur sa politique \u00e9trang\u00e8re, alors que la reconnaissance de son ind\u00e9pendance divise encore les \u00c9tats et n\u2019est pas officiellement act\u00e9e par les Nations unies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u00c9lections et crise sanitaire&nbsp;<\/strong>&#160;: dimanche, des \u00e9lections l\u00e9gislatives se sont tenues au Kosovo.&nbsp; Le parti de gauche <em>Vetevendosje<\/em> (\u00ab&#160;Autod\u00e9termination&#160;\u00bb), men\u00e9 par le jeune Albin Kurti (45 ans) a remport\u00e9 les \u00e9lections sur un programme anti-corruption. Le parti revendique une position ouverte<em> <\/em>\u00e0 un r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum d&rsquo;unification avec l&rsquo;Albanie  et s\u2019oppose au dialogue sans conditions avec la Serbie \u2013\u202fqui refuse toujours de reconna\u00eetre le Kosovo.<\/li><li><strong>Pour construire la stabilit\u00e9, le Kosovo compte sur l\u2019Union<\/strong>&nbsp;&#160;: \u00ab&#160;Aujourd\u2019hui, le peuple kosovar est le peuple le plus pro-europ\u00e9en dans les Balkans. [\u2026] Nous sommes d\u00e9sireux d\u2019\u00e9tablir des relations de bon voisinage avec la Serbie. Pour cela, il nous faudra bien fermer les chapitres du pass\u00e9, ce qui ne peut se r\u00e9aliser en \u00e9tant seul. Q\u00ebndrim Gashi&lt;\/a&gt;, &lt;em&gt;Le Grand Continent&lt;\/em&gt;, 30 ao\u00fbt 2019.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/94Woz\/1\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Chypre<\/strong>, l\u2019Espagne, la Gr\u00e8ce, la Roumanie, la Slovaquie sont les cinq \u00c9tats membres qui ne reconnaissent pas l&rsquo;ind\u00e9pendance du Kosovo \u2013\u202fen bref, les pays confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes s\u00e9paratistes.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>L\u2019Union<\/strong>&nbsp;elle-m\u00eame ne reconna\u00eet pas officiellement l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance, suivant la position de l\u2019ONU.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Nota bene\u00a0<\/strong>&#160;: La Serbie se place en deuxi\u00e8me position des taux de vaccination (10,6&#160;%) les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s en Europe, juste derri\u00e8re le Royaume-Uni, utilisant les vaccins Pfizer, Spoutnik V et notamment le vaccin chinois Sinopharm<\/em>. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aujourd&rsquo;hui, c\u2019est le 13e anniversaire de la d\u00e9claration d\u2019ind\u00e9pendance du Kosovo de la Serbie.
