{"id":364787,"date":"2026-10-17T19:31:34","date_gmt":"2026-10-17T17:31:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/?post_type=event&#038;p=364787"},"modified":"2026-10-17T19:32:56","modified_gmt":"2026-10-17T17:32:56","slug":"sommes-nous-a-lere-de-la-guerre-politique","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/evenements\/sommes-nous-a-lere-de-la-guerre-politique\/","title":{"rendered":"Sommes-nous \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la guerre politique&#160;?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Dans <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2026\/10\/06\/lere-de-la-guerre-politique\/\">une pi\u00e8ce de doctrine parue dans le\u00a0 Grand Continent<\/a>, les chercheurs Kevin Limonier et Jonathan Guiffard d\u00e9fendent l&rsquo;id\u00e9e selon laquelle, pour comprendre ce que Poutine et Trump font sur le continent europ\u00e9en, la notion de \u00ab&#160;guerre hybride&#160;\u00bb est devenue inad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils proposent de la remplacer par celle de \u00ab&#160;guerre politique&#160;\u00bb, qu\u2019il d\u00e9finissent par une intention et une d\u00e9cision&#160;: celle prise par un \u00c9tat de chercher la subversion politique et id\u00e9ologique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me adverse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette guerre politique se traduit par diff\u00e9rentes pratiques&#160;: diplomatie coercitive&#160;; soutien politique et financier \u00e0 des partis ou des figures politiques&#160;; ing\u00e9rence \u00e9lectorale&#160;; mise en place clandestine de m\u00e9dias&#160;; recrutement d\u2019agents d\u2019influence&#160;; d\u00e9sinformation et propagande&#160;; agit-prop et troubles \u00e0 l\u2019ordre public.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le concept de \u00ab&#160;guerre hybride&#160;\u00bb est-il trompeur&#160;?
