En effet, ce qu&rsquo;on appelle le \u00ab&#160;choc chinois 2.0&#160;\u00bb refl\u00e8te tout autant l\u2019inertie structurelle et l\u2019absence de r\u00e9ponses politiques en Occident que les distorsions commerciales de P\u00e9kin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si la coordination politique mondiale est hors de port\u00e9e, comment l\u2019Europe peut-elle r\u00e9agir de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste&#160;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que signifient les sc\u00e9narios de fragmentation, et quelles politiques pragmatiques l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne peut-elle mettre en \u0153uvre pour
