Dans un manifeste que nous avons comment\u00e9 ligne \u00e0 ligne<\/a>, le g\u00e9ant du num\u00e9rique Palantir propose 22 th\u00e8ses radicales sur l\u2019avenir de l\u2019Am\u00e9rique et de l\u2019Occident, accueillies par les id\u00e9ologues n\u00e9o-r\u00e9actionnaires comme \u00ab le plan pour forger un Occident techno-fasciste \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019entreprise y propose une vision de l\u2019intelligence artificielle au service de la domination des \u00c9tats-Unis, d\u00e9fend son usage militaire, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 in\u00e9vitable, et invite \u00e0 une prise en charge par les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s du num\u00e9rique de la lutte contre la criminalit\u00e9, par la surveillance algorithmique. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de Palantir ont doubl\u00e9 depuis le retour au pouvoir de Trump<\/a>, et que les g\u00e9ants du num\u00e9rique des \u00c9tats-Unis investissent des sommes colossales dans l\u2019IA<\/a>, une autre voie est-elle possible ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peut-on concilier un syst\u00e8me politique ouvert avec l\u2019innovation dans le domaine de l\u2019IA ?

Quelles relations imaginer en Europe entre l\u2019innovation technologique et la commande publique ? Faut-il suivre le mod\u00e8le de la DARPA aux \u00c9tats-Unis ? <\/p>\n\n\n\n
