En Europa, estas crisis alimentan el auge de los movimientos populistas y las tensiones en el seno de las sociedades, y dan lugar a movimientos sociales que, incluso a gran escala, sufren para alcanzar sus objetivos \u2014lo que hemos denominado los \u00ab&#160;<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2021\/11\/18\/la-era-de-los-revolucionarios-sin-revoluciones\/\">revolucionarios sin revoluci\u00f3n<\/a>\u00ab&#160;\u2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este contexto, \u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos transformar y preservar nuestros sistemas democr\u00e1ticos&#160;?
