Alors que la guerre en Ukraine s\u2019est d\u00e9finitivement install\u00e9e dans la dur\u00e9e, que les r\u00e9serves de gaz des pays europ\u00e9ens s\u2019\u00e9puisent et que les prix s\u2019envolent, l\u2019Europe tout enti\u00e8re se demande&#160;: comment faire face \u00e0 la crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique&#160;?\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelles r\u00e9ponses apporter \u00e0 cette macrocrise, multiscalaire et multifactorielle, que l\u2019hiver promet d\u2019aggraver&#160;? Quel est l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel de nos syst\u00e8mes \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques&#160;? Quelles sont leurs forces et leurs faiblesses&#160;?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette crise est g\u00e9opolitique, puisque l\u2019agression russe,&nbsp; r\u00e9v\u00e9latrice de nos d\u00e9pendances aux ressources \u00e9trang\u00e8res, a redonn\u00e9 un sens \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de \u00ab&#160;souverainet\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique europ\u00e9enne&#160;\u00bb, tout en r\u00e9actualisant les d\u00e9bats qu\u2019elle suscite. Elle est aussi \u00e9cologique&#160;: la question des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques est \u00e0 l\u2019intersection des exigences d\u2019une gestion d\u2019urgence et de l\u2019agenda de la planification climatique. Comment faire en sorte que l\u2019Europe passe l\u2019hiver sans avoir recours au charbon&#160;? Quelle position adopter sur la question du nucl\u00e9aire&#160;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 ces questions, nous aurons le plaisir de recevoir, pour ce Mardi du Grand Continent&#160;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/staff\/ramona-bloj\/\"><strong>Ramona Bloj<\/strong><\/a>, r\u00e9dactrice en chef de la revue<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/geopolitique.eu\/revues\/geopolitique-reseau-energie-environnement-nature\/\">G\u00e9opolitique, R\u00e9seau \u00e9nergie, environnement, nature<\/a><\/em>, qui pr\u00e9sentera <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/11\/03\/observatoire-de-la-guerre-ecologique-energie-electricite-geopolitique-y\/\">l\u2019Observatoire de la guerre \u00e9cologique<\/a>, dont l\u2019objectif est de cartographier et de quantifier, \u00e0 l\u2019aide des indicateurs les plus pertinents, les recompositions \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques europ\u00e9ennes&#160;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/staff\/jean-bernard-levy\/\">Jean-Bernard L\u00e9vy<\/a><\/strong>, Pr\u00e9sident d&rsquo;Honneur d\u2019Electricit\u00e9 de France (EDF), qui plaide, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/2022\/11\/25\/penser-les-biens-communs-pour-affronter-les-dilemmes-tragiques-de-lenergie\/\">dans un article publi\u00e9 sur <em>le Grand Continent<\/em><\/a>, pour repenser en profondeur, \u00e0 partir du concept de \u00ab&#160;biens communs&#160;\u00bb, un syst\u00e8me de valeurs r\u00e9put\u00e9 immuable \u2014 du droit de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9finition m\u00eame d&rsquo;un service public de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/fr\/staff\/massimo-amato\/\"><strong>Massimo Amato<\/strong><\/a>, Professeur d\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Bocconi, qui pr\u00e9sentera un policy-paper \u00e0 para\u00eetre sur <em>le Grand Continent<\/em> le lundi 28 novembre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La table ronde se d\u00e9roulera \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole Normale Sup\u00e9rieure, au 45 rue
