Le 24 f\u00e9vrier, le s\u00e9minaire hebdomadaire GEG abordera les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s \u00e0 l’\u00c9tat de droit en Europe. Le point de d\u00e9part de cette discussion sera une interview de Didier Reynders, Commissaire europ\u00e9en \u00e0 la Justice<\/a>, dans laquelle il met en garde contre le risque syst\u00e9mique que repr\u00e9sente la remise en cause de la primaut\u00e9 du droit europ\u00e9en mais r\u00e9affirme la force d\u2019une Union fond\u00e9e sur le respect de l’Etat de droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
