{"id":99109,"date":"2026-05-13T10:49:49","date_gmt":"2026-05-13T08:49:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=99109"},"modified":"2026-05-13T10:49:53","modified_gmt":"2026-05-13T08:49:53","slug":"consejo-comercio-inversion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/05\/13\/consejo-comercio-inversion\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la Junta de Comercio e Inversi\u00f3n?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El \u00abBoard of Trade\u00bb, o Consejo de Comercio, tendr\u00eda un objetivo limitado: determinar qu\u00e9 productos estar\u00edan dispuestos a intercambiar ambos pa\u00edses, incluso en \u00e9pocas de tensiones, al tiempo que se delimitar\u00edan los productos que quedar\u00edan excluidos, como los chips m\u00e1s avanzados por parte estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La idea ser\u00eda, por tanto, llegar a una forma de comercio regulado, gestionado por un organismo que determinar\u00eda los productos que China deber\u00eda comprar a Estados Unidos y viceversa, mediante compromisos de compra y reducciones arancelarias en sectores espec\u00edficos no estrat\u00e9gicos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El objetivo ser\u00eda identificar unos 30.000 millones de d\u00f3lares en productos estadounidenses importados por China y compensar esa cantidad con un importe equivalente de productos chinos que entren en Estados Unidos&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-99109' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote note-digits-1'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2026\/05\/13\/consejo-comercio-inversion\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-99109' title='Michael Froman, \u00ab&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/articles\/what-to-expect-ahead-of-next-weeks-trump-xi-summit&quot;&gt;What to Expect Ahead of Next Week\u2019s Trump-Xi Summit&lt;\/a&gt;\u00bb, Council on Foreign Relations, 8 de mayo de 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Este mecanismo deber\u00eda evitar as\u00ed una nueva escalada arancelaria, como la de 2025, en la que los aranceles estadounidenses sobre la mayor\u00eda de las importaciones chinas alcanzaron el 147,6% y China restringi\u00f3 sus exportaciones de minerales cr\u00edticos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/mr48n\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al mismo tiempo, Pek\u00edn aboga por la creaci\u00f3n de una \u00abJunta de Inversiones\u00bb que complemente a la \u00abJunta de Comercio\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sin embargo, no est\u00e1 claro c\u00f3mo podr\u00eda funcionar este segundo aspecto, ya que el capital chino ya puede circular libremente en Estados Unidos. La \u00fanica y m\u00e1s importante barrera, que tambi\u00e9n act\u00faa como filtro, es el Comit\u00e9 de Inversiones Extranjeras en Estados Unidos, encargado de examinar las inversiones extranjeras que podr\u00edan suponer una amenaza para la seguridad nacional. Uni\u00f3n Europea las consecuencias podr\u00edan ser m\u00e1s graves, ya que supone un alejamiento notable de los principios del libre comercio.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los aranceles, a los que la administraci\u00f3n Trump ha recurrido ampliamente desde enero de 2025, por muy restrictivos que sean, siguen siendo una herramienta que permite a los agentes econ\u00f3micos continuar con sus actividades, a cambio del pago de un impuesto.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De ser as\u00ed, la l\u00f3gica del Consejo de Comercio es totalmente opuesta, ya que se basa en un comercio regulado.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se trata de una ruptura de una naturaleza totalmente diferente, que perfila un nuevo orden econ\u00f3mico cuyo mercantilismo es
