La puntuaci\u00f3n de cada pa\u00eds se basa en 21 temas en tres \u00e1reas principales: obst\u00e1culos instaurados (25 puntos), limitaciones en el acceso a determinados contenidos (35 puntos) y violaciones de los derechos de los usuarios (45 puntos)&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-9655' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/10\/19\/la-libertad-en-internet-se-ve-amenazada-por-el-contexto-geopolitico\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-9655' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/freedomhouse.org\/reports\/freedom-net\/freedom-net-research-methodology&quot;&gt;Freedom on the Net Research Methodology&lt;\/a&gt;, Freedom House.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/SH5Ey\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La evoluci\u00f3n de las libertades en Internet depende del contexto geopol\u00edtico, marcado este a\u00f1o por la guerra en Ucrania, pero tambi\u00e9n por las acciones colectivas m\u00e1s positivas de las sociedades civiles que luchan por garantizar un Internet m\u00e1s libre.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Los mayores descensos en la puntuaci\u00f3n de la libertad de Internet se registraron en Estados con una importante inestabilidad pol\u00edtica, como Rusia (-7 puntos respecto a 2021), Myanmar (-5 puntos), Sud\u00e1n (-4 puntos) y Libia (-4 puntos).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sin embargo, un n\u00famero r\u00e9cord de 26 pa\u00edses han experimentado una mejora en la libertad de Internet, entre ellos Estados Unidos, el Reino Unido, Australia y Brasil (+1 punto).&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/idGOK\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El ya restrictivo entorno online en Rusia se ha deteriorado dr\u00e1sticamente desde que comenz\u00f3 la invasi\u00f3n militar de Ucrania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El gobierno ruso ha tomado medidas para bloquear las principales redes sociales, como Facebook, Instagram y Twitter, y ha impuesto multas masivas a otras plataformas que se niegan a eliminar contenidos y localizar datos de los usuarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El Kremlin tambi\u00e9n ha restringido el acceso a m\u00e1s de 5.000 sitios web desde el comienzo de la invasi\u00f3n, incluidos los sitios de noticias ucranianos y extranjeros, as\u00ed como los sitios de noticias nacionales que ofrec\u00edan una cobertura precisa de la guerra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-large  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/fCvkt\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Por octavo a\u00f1o consecutivo, China ocup\u00f3 el \u00faltimo lugar en cuanto a libertad de Internet, todav\u00eda controlada por el Gran Cortafuegos establecido en 2003.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esta censura se intensific\u00f3 durante los Juegos Ol\u00edmpicos de Pek\u00edn de este a\u00f1o y tras el esc\u00e1ndalo provocado por el caso de la tenista Peng Shuai, que acus\u00f3 a un alto cargo del PCC de agresi\u00f3n sexual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El gobierno ha seguido endureciendo su control sobre el sector tecnol\u00f3gico, incluyendo nuevas normas que obligan a las plataformas digitales a utilizar sus algoritmos para alinearse con el sistema de moderaci\u00f3n de contenidos del \u00abPensamiento Xi Jinping\u00bb, la ideolog\u00eda oficial del actual l\u00edder del PCC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan el informe anual de Freedom House, las libertades en Internet han disminuido por duod\u00e9cimo a\u00f1o consecutivo.
