Sin embargo, durante las dos \u00faltimas semanas, es decir, desde principios de abril, Mosc\u00fa no ha llevado a cabo ninguna operaci\u00f3n ofensiva importante en la l\u00ednea del frente, sino que ha reagrupado sus fuerzas y ha realizado varios ajustes en sus planes de campa\u00f1a&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-96534' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a 2026.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Esta disminuci\u00f3n de la intensidad se percibe en las cifras comunicadas por el Estado Mayor de las Fuerzas Armadas de Ucrania.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El n\u00famero de ataques rusos diarios, calculado sobre una media de 30 d\u00edas, ha pasado as\u00ed de 200 en noviembre a 156 el mi\u00e9rcoles 15 de abril.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se trata del nivel m\u00e1s bajo registrado en el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium notablemente sus esfuerzos ofensivos en el sector de Kostiantynivka, en la regi\u00f3n de Donetsk&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-96534' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a reclutamiento se ha reducido en casi un 20% entre el primer trimestre de 2025 y 2026, pasando de una media de 1.100 nuevos reclutas al d\u00eda a 900 este a\u00f1o&nbsp;<span un impacto en los objetivos militares fijados por el poder ruso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Seg\u00fan fuentes militares ucranianas, el Kremlin quiere tomar la ciudad de Kostiantynivka antes del 25 de abril y toda la regi\u00f3n de Donetsk antes de que termine el a\u00f1o, dos objetivos que, por el momento, parecen poco realistas&nbsp;<span los que lleva a cabo operaciones para concentrarse en un n\u00famero reducido de objetivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El estancamiento ruso en el sector de Kostiantynivka y Droujkivka, en la carretera de Kramatorsk, reduce considerablemente la probabilidad de un avance hacia el cintur\u00f3n de fortalezas ucranianas de Donetsk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Esta situaci\u00f3n se
