Zelenski tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda estar presente hoy en Bruselas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En t\u00e9rminos m\u00e1s generales, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la mera cuesti\u00f3n financiera, los europeos consideran que un acuerdo sobre la utilizaci\u00f3n de los activos rusos congelados es una garant\u00eda para obtener un lugar en la mesa de negociaciones. El canciller alem\u00e1n declar\u00f3 el 15 de diciembre: \u00abNo nos enga\u00f1emos. La posici\u00f3n de Italia ser\u00e1 entonces determinante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ayer, la presidenta del Consejo, Meloni, declar\u00f3 que firmar el acuerdo ahora ser\u00eda \u00abprematuro\u00bb, y a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que \u00abesto no significa que Italia tenga la intenci\u00f3n de bloquearlo u oponerse a \u00e9l, pero solo aprobaremos el acuerdo cuando incluya garant\u00edas adecuadas de reciprocidad para nuestro sector agr\u00edcola\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, el acuerdo deber\u00e1 ser ratificado por el Parlamento Europeo, una etapa a\u00fan incierta. De hecho, los eurodiputados ya hab\u00edan criticado el procedimiento de adopci\u00f3n elegido por la Comisi\u00f3n, que, al disociar los aspectos comerciales y pol\u00edticos, limita la adopci\u00f3n a una mayor\u00eda calificada en el Consejo y a una mayor\u00eda simple en el Parlamento, excluyendo as\u00ed a los parlamentos nacionales del proceso de ratificaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoy, jueves 18, est\u00e1 prevista una movilizaci\u00f3n de agricultores ante el Parlamento Europeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El presidente brasile\u00f1o Lula amenaz\u00f3 ayer con retirarse del acuerdo: \u00abYa les he advertido: si no lo hacemos ahora, Brasil no firmar\u00e1 ning\u00fan acuerdo m\u00e1s durante mi mandato. Llevamos 26 a\u00f1os esperando este acuerdo. El acuerdo les favorece m\u00e1s a ellos que a nosotros.
