Tras celebrarse por primera vez en su historia en Rusia durante la anterior edici\u00f3n de 2018 -cuya selecci\u00f3n nacional queda excluida de la pr\u00f3xima competici\u00f3n-, Qatar se convertir\u00e1 en noviembre en el primer pa\u00eds de Oriente Medio en albergar el Mundial, al haber sido preferido por los jueces contra todo pron\u00f3stico a Estados Unidos, Corea del Sur y Jap\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/tTy1C\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La principal novedad de esta edici\u00f3n es la estacionalidad, que obliga a celebrar la competici\u00f3n en oto\u00f1o y no en verano debido a las altas temperaturas. Sin embargo, este ajuste no evitar\u00e1 que el Mundial de Qatar sea un desastre medioambiental. La energ\u00eda (producida en un 99% a partir de combustibles f\u00f3siles en Qatar) que se utilizar\u00e1 para bajar la temperatura de los estadios y el desmantelamiento o destrucci\u00f3n de algunas infraestructuras tras la competici\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1n al impacto medioambiental de esta edici\u00f3n.
