Es necesario incluir a los pa\u00edses de los Balcanes Occidentales, Ucrania, Moldavia y, en su momento, Georgia. Una Uni\u00f3n Europea con 30 o 36 Estados miembros ser\u00e1 muy diferente de la Uni\u00f3n actual. No hace falta decirlo.
