De hecho, la consecuci\u00f3n de este objetivo en esta \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o corresponde a la media observada en los \u00faltimos cinco a\u00f1os. Aunque <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/29\/la-solidaridad-energetica-puesta-a-prueba-por-la-guerra-de-ucrania\/\">existen protocolos y acuerdos bilaterales<\/a> entre varios Estados miembros para compartir sus recursos de gas y electricidad, no todos los pa\u00edses est\u00e1n cubiertos por ellos.
