La cuesti\u00f3n parece haber sido objeto de debate entre el viceprimer ministro ruso, Alexander Novak, y su hom\u00f3logo kazajo, Roman Sklyar, durante el<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/06\/19\/economia-rusa-anuncios-participantes-discurso-de-putin-que-seguir-durante-el-foro-economico-de-san-petersburgo\/\"> Foro Econ\u00f3mico de San Petersburgo<\/a> celebrado en junio, aunque no se hizo ning\u00fan anuncio al t\u00e9rmino de la reuni\u00f3n. El costo preliminar de la construcci\u00f3n de las tres centrales se estima en unos 2.000 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque no hay nada que confirme claramente la existencia de una relaci\u00f3n entre el impacto de la guerra en las finanzas de Rusia y el aparente abandono del proyecto por parte de Mosc\u00fa, el Kremlin se vio obligado a revisar a la baja sus gastos el mes pasado debido a<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/06\/12\/rusia-habria-perdido-mas-de-un-millon-de-hombres-en-ucrania-desde-febrero-de-2022\/\"> sus elevadas p\u00e9rdidas<\/a> en el frente ucraniano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La mayor parte de los recortes presupuestarios rusos para 2025 afectan a los productos de alta tecnolog\u00eda, la automoci\u00f3n y el transporte, la investigaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo, y la<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/07\/02\/en-los-almacenes-de-amazon-pronto-habra-mas-robots-que-humanos\/\"> rob\u00f3tica industrial<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mismo tiempo, el Kremlin destina cada vez m\u00e1s<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/06\/10\/economia-rusa-el-reclutamiento-de-soldados-contratados-aumenta-un-22-interanual\/\"> recursos a la contrataci\u00f3n de soldados<\/a> bajo contrato y a la concesi\u00f3n de bonificaciones por firma: as\u00ed, en el primer trimestre de 2025 se gastaron cerca de 36.000 millones de rublos (380 millones de euros) en contratos militares.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/UKEHZ\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Al no poder obtener pr\u00e9stamos rusos a una tasa de inter\u00e9s ventajosa, Kazajist\u00e1n podr\u00eda recurrir a otros socios, como Corea del Sur o China.
