{"id":68188,"date":"2025-05-19T14:24:39","date_gmt":"2025-05-19T12:24:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=68188"},"modified":"2025-05-19T14:24:42","modified_gmt":"2025-05-19T12:24:42","slug":"que-contiene-el-acuerdo-firmado-entre-la-union-y-el-reino-unido","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/05\/19\/que-contiene-el-acuerdo-firmado-entre-la-union-y-el-reino-unido\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfQu\u00e9 contiene el acuerdo firmado entre la Uni\u00f3n y el Reino Unido?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>M\u00e1s de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/01\/31\/cinco-anos-despues-el-55-de-los-britanicos-considera-que-el-brexit-fue-un-error\/\">cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s del Brexit<\/a>, la Uni\u00f3n y el Reino Unido han firmado hoy en Londres un acuerdo que deber\u00eda permitir a ambos socios \u00ababrir un nuevo cap\u00edtulo\u00bb en sus relaciones bilaterales, seg\u00fan un responsable europeo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En materia de defensa y seguridad, ambos pa\u00edses establecer\u00e1n \u00abdi\u00e1logos pol\u00edticos\u00bb semestrales sobre asuntos exteriores y seguridad, as\u00ed como una reuni\u00f3n anual sobre defensa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n se reforzar\u00e1 la cooperaci\u00f3n en el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n sobre el espacio, la ciberseguridad y lo que Rusia, Ir\u00e1n y otros pa\u00edses utilizan como\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/05\/11\/economia-rusa-la-flota-fantasma-de-moscu-esta-mas-expuesta-que-nunca-a-las-sanciones\/\">\u00abflota fantasma\u00bb<\/a>\u00a0para eludir las sanciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El acuerdo tambi\u00e9n abre la v\u00eda para que las empresas brit\u00e1nicas accedan al fondo \u00abSAFE\u00bb, financiado con un pr\u00e9stamo europeo de 150.000 millones de euros para la compra de equipos militares producidos en los Estados miembros o en Estados que tengan una asociaci\u00f3n de seguridad con la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Uni\u00f3n y el Reino Unido se comprometen a colaborar en el desarrollo de un programa destinado a fomentar la movilidad de los j\u00f3venes, as\u00ed como a integrar Londres en el programa europeo Erasmus+, que refuerza los intercambios universitarios entre estudiantes y profesores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En cuanto a la utilizaci\u00f3n por parte de los brit\u00e1nicos de los arcos electr\u00f3nicos en los aeropuertos europeos, que permiten reducir el tiempo de espera, el documento se\u00f1ala que \u00abno habr\u00e1 ning\u00fan obst\u00e1culo jur\u00eddico para que los ciudadanos brit\u00e1nicos utilicen estas puertas\u00bb y precisa que \u00abproseguir\u00e1n\u00bb los intercambios sobre este tema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La reintegraci\u00f3n del Reino Unido en el sistema europeo de comercio de derechos de emisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n es objeto de una declaraci\u00f3n de intenciones, ya que ambas partes \u00abcomparten la opini\u00f3n de que un v\u00ednculo operativo entre los mercados de carbono permitir\u00eda resolver muchos de los problemas planteados en materia de comercio y condiciones de competencia leal\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El acuerdo tambi\u00e9n incluye un cap\u00edtulo sobre inmigraci\u00f3n, presentada como una \u00abprioridad absoluta\u00bb para Starmer.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El documento \u00abhace hincapi\u00e9 en la continuaci\u00f3n de los trabajos para encontrar soluciones a la inmigraci\u00f3n ilegal, en particular en lo que se refiere a las retornos y al compromiso com\u00fan de luchar contra las traves\u00edas del Canal de la Mancha\u00bb.
