Del mismo modo, en 2014, Klaus Iohannis iba por detr\u00e1s de Victor Ponta con un mill\u00f3n de votos en la primera vuelta, pero finalmente gan\u00f3 las elecciones con un margen de un mill\u00f3n de votos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La din\u00e1mica del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/05\/05\/elecciones-presidenciales-en-rumania-la-diaspora-voto-mayoritariamente-a-george-simion-especialmente-en-europa\/\">voto de la di\u00e1spora<\/a>\u00a0\u2014hist\u00f3ricamente un factor clave en las elecciones presidenciales rumanas\u2014 tambi\u00e9n ha cambiado de forma significativa: con una participaci\u00f3n r\u00e9cord de casi un mill\u00f3n de personas, el 61% de los votantes en el extranjero votaron por Simion en la primera vuelta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/05\/14\/elecciones-presidenciales-en-rumania-frente-a-george-simion-tiene-aun-posibilidades-de-ganar-el-moderado-nicusor-dan-escenarios-con-cifras\/\">El estudio<\/a>\u00a0de las transferencias de votos entre las \u00abdos primeras vueltas\u00bb de diciembre de 2024 y mayo de 2025 muestra, adem\u00e1s, que la porosidad entre los electorados, si existe, probablemente favorece a la derecha nacionalista rumana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para que Dan recupere su desventaja, la movilizaci\u00f3n es clave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La participaci\u00f3n en la primera vuelta fue relativamente modesta, situ\u00e1ndose en el 53%.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En esta segunda vuelta, en el extranjero, donde las urnas abrieron el viernes 16 de mayo, el aumento de la participaci\u00f3n es considerable: el s\u00e1bado a las 19:00 horas (hora de Madrid), la participaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda aumentado casi un 90% con respecto a la primera vuelta y un 93% con respecto a la segunda vuelta de 2019.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/sobDy\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Como se\u00f1ala Fran\u00e7ois Hublet, si Nicu\u0219or Dan lograra\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/05\/14\/elecciones-presidenciales-en-rumania-frente-a-george-simion-tiene-aun-posibilidades-de-ganar-el-moderado-nicusor-dan-escenarios-con-cifras\/\">dar la vuelta al resultado<\/a>, se convertir\u00eda en el primer candidato a unas elecciones presidenciales en un Estado democr\u00e1tico en remontar una desventaja de casi el 20% en la primera vuelta desde M\u00e1rio Soares en 1986.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Si sale elegido, Simion se ha comprometido a nombrar primer ministro\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/01\/los-hombres-de-georgescu-investigacion-sobre-el-cambio-de-regimen-en-rumania\/\">a Calin Georgescu<\/a>, el candidato de extrema derecha que qued\u00f3 en primer lugar en la primera vuelta anulada de las elecciones de noviembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En conjunto, los partidos de extrema derecha cuentan con alrededor del 30% de los esca\u00f1os en el Parlamento.
