Este estudio re\u00fane el trabajo de los investigadores, que intentan demostrar que no todos somos iguales ante el cambio clim\u00e1tico a nivel internacional, pero tampoco en el interior de los pa\u00edses.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En su <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/08\/quien-contamina-realmente-10-puntos-sobre-la-desigualdad-y-la-politica-climatica\/\">estudio publicado en nuestras columnas<\/a>, el economista Lucas Chancel demostr\u00f3 que, mientras que la media de las emisiones mundiales per c\u00e1pita ha aumentado alrededor de un 7% desde 1990, \u00ablas emisiones per c\u00e1pita del 1% de la distribuci\u00f3n de la renta m\u00e1s alta han aumentado un 26% y las del 0,01% m\u00e1s alta han aumentado m\u00e1s de un 110%\u201d. Estas cifras exigen la aplicaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas de carbono que tengan en cuenta tanto las desigualdades entre pa\u00edses como entre individuos dentro de un mismo pa\u00eds.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/U2oRo\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El cambio clim\u00e1tico, con sus fen\u00f3menos meteorol\u00f3gicos extremos, la intensificaci\u00f3n de las sequ\u00edas y <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/21\/india-y-bangladesh-afectados-por-fenomenos-meteorologicos-extremos\/\">las lluvias intensivas<\/a>, la subida del nivel del mar, etc., favorecer\u00e1 en gran medida las migraciones internacionales en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os y d\u00e9cadas. Estos cambios afectar\u00e1n sobre todo a los pa\u00edses del Sur, as\u00ed como a los pa\u00edses insulares, que est\u00e1n especialmente expuestos al cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En 2020, 281 millones de personas en el mundo vivir\u00e1n en un pa\u00eds distinto al de su nacimiento, una cifra que ha aumentado en 128 millones desde 1990 y que triplica la de 1970, seg\u00fan estimaciones de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-6196' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/07\/26\/el-cambio-climatico-reducira-la-posibilidad-de-los-mas-pobres-de-emigrar-a-nivel-internacional\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-6196' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/worldmigrationreport.iom.int\/wmr-2022-interactive\/&quot;&gt;World Migration Report 2022&lt;\/a&gt;, Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional para las Migraciones.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/953xo\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El concepto de \u00abinmovilidad\u00bb, desarrollado por Benveniste, Oppenheimer y Fleurbaey, pretende describir el fen\u00f3meno que explica por qu\u00e9 las poblaciones menos favorecidas -siendo tambi\u00e9n las m\u00e1s expuestas al cambio clim\u00e1tico en las regiones m\u00e1s pobres del mundo- son al mismo tiempo las que tendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s dificultades para migrar en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os y d\u00e9cadas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El desglose por niveles de renta muestra que los recursos financieros disponibles son un incentivo o un desincentivo para la emigraci\u00f3n internacional.
