Sin embargo, la delegaci\u00f3n estadounidense parece estar dividida en dos con respecto a la que particip\u00f3 en la reuni\u00f3n del 18 de febrero con los negociadores rusos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keith Kellogg, inicialmente nombrado enviado especial de Trump para Ucrania y Rusia, hab\u00eda sido apartado de las negociaciones con la parte rusa, supuestamente debido a que su enfoque se consideraba demasiado favorable a los ucranianos en Mosc\u00fa. Tras <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/01\/el-intercambio-entre-trump-y-zelenski-transcripcion-completa\/\">el violento altercado en el Despacho Oval entre Zelenski, Trump y Vance<\/a>, parece que el encuentro de hoy tiene como objetivo principal \u00abreparar\u00bb la relaci\u00f3n bilateral entre Ucrania y Estados Unidos, que parece haber sido deliberadamente empa\u00f1ada por el presidente estadounidense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una sesi\u00f3n de preguntas y respuestas con periodistas celebrada ayer, lunes 10 de marzo, Marco Rubio repiti\u00f3 en tres ocasiones que el objetivo de la reuni\u00f3n de Yeda era ante todo \u00abescuchar\u00bb las reivindicaciones ucranianas&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-3-59921' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/11\/reunion-entre-estados-unidos-y-ucrania-en-yeda-que-quieren-conseguir-los-negociadores\/#easy-footnote-bottom-3-59921' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.state.gov\/secretary-of-state-marco-rubio-remarks-to-the-press-2\/&quot;&gt;Secretary of State Marco Rubio\u2019s Remarks to the Press&lt;\/a&gt;, U.S. Department of State, 10 de marzo de 2025.'><sup>3<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Trump ya ha hecho p\u00fablicas sus peticiones a Kiev: Zelenski debe \u00abdemostrar\u00bb que busca la paz y no prolongar la guerra, estar dispuesto a hacer concesiones territoriales, firmar el acuerdo sobre minerales \u2014que constituir\u00eda la \u00fanica \u00abgarant\u00eda de seguridad\u00bb ofrecida por Washington\u2014 y estar abierto a la organizaci\u00f3n de unas nuevas elecciones presidenciales a pesar del estado de guerra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La suspensi\u00f3n de la ayuda militar y, posteriormente, del intercambio de informaci\u00f3n, que seg\u00fan Rubio parece haber sido restablecida en su componente \u00abdefensivo\u00bb, tiene como objetivo presionar a Kiev para que Zelenski acceda a las peticiones de Trump.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rubio tambi\u00e9n declar\u00f3 ayer, 10 de marzo, que Ucrania deber\u00eda aceptar el control de Rusia sobre ciertos territorios como parte de un acuerdo de paz: \u00abLos rusos no pueden conquistar toda Ucrania, y es obvio que ser\u00e1 muy dif\u00edcil para Ucrania, en un plazo razonable, obligar a los rusos a volver a las posiciones anteriores\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Por su parte, la delegaci\u00f3n ucraniana deber\u00eda reiterar su disposici\u00f3n a firmar el acuerdo sobre los minerales, cuyas condiciones se han negociado para que sean m\u00e1s favorables a Kiev.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yermak tambi\u00e9n deber\u00eda volver a poner de relieve la propuesta ucraniana de instaurar un alto el fuego \u00aben el mar y en el aire\u00bb, que no ha recibido una respuesta clara por parte de Mosc\u00fa, que s\u00f3lo estar\u00eda dispuesta a discutir una tregua en sus condiciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, Putin mantiene sus posiciones maximalistas: no a tropas europeas para garantizar un alto el fuego en Ucrania, reducci\u00f3n de la dimensi\u00f3n del ej\u00e9rcito ucraniano a la m\u00ednima expresi\u00f3n o, seg\u00fan una fuente del Kremlin, la firma por parte de Kiev de una \u00abdeclaraci\u00f3n de neutralidad\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-4-59921' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2025\/03\/11\/reunion-entre-estados-unidos-y-ucrania-en-yeda-que-quieren-conseguir-los-negociadores\/#easy-footnote-bottom-4-59921' title='\u00ab\u00a0&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.economist.com\/europe\/2025\/03\/09\/america-and-ukraine-prepare-for-brutal-negotiations&quot;&gt;America and Ukraine prepare for brutal negotiations&lt;\/a&gt;\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0&lt;em&gt;THe Economist&lt;\/em&gt;, 9 de marzo de 2025.'><sup>4<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.
