Este proyecto de Constituci\u00f3n responde a varias cuestiones que surgieron durante las grandes protestas que estallaron en octubre de 2019, tras la subida del precio del billete de metro.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Compuesto por 388 art\u00edculos que se refieren principalmente a la garant\u00eda constitucional de nuevos derechos sociales, este texto aborda un n\u00famero importante de puntos que han sido fuente de tensi\u00f3n, como los derechos y el reconocimiento oficial de las poblaciones ind\u00edgenas, el coste de la educaci\u00f3n, la paridad de g\u00e9nero en el gobierno y el acceso al agua&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-5387' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/07\/05\/la-asamblea-constituyente-de-chile-entrego-su-proyecto-de-constitucion-a-gabriel-boric\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-5387' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/gobcl-prod\/public_files\/Campa%C3%B1as\/Chile-Vota-Informado\/Propuesta_de_la_Nueva_Constituci%C3%B3n.pdf&quot;&gt;Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica de Chile 2022&lt;\/a&gt;.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/03\/14\/se-abren-las-alamedas\/\">Gabriel Boric no s\u00f3lo es el presidente m\u00e1s joven de la historia del pa\u00eds<\/a>, sino que tambi\u00e9n es un firme opositor al modelo neoliberal, que present\u00f3 durante su campa\u00f1a presidencial como \u00abla tumba del pa\u00eds\u00bb. Los que est\u00e1n a favor ven en el nuevo texto una forma de superar las costumbres heredadas de la dictadura de Pinochet, ya anticuadas. Por otro lado, una parte de la poblaci\u00f3n y de la escena pol\u00edtica chilena se muestra esc\u00e9ptica ante el proyecto, ya que el texto ha sido calificado como demasiado radical y estatista por una parte del centro-derecha y de la derecha.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>En mayo del a\u00f1o pasado, durante la elecci\u00f3n de los miembros de la Asamblea Constituyente encargada de redactar la nueva Constituci\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2021\/05\/29\/2021-en-chile-una-brujula-politica-para-el-mundo\/\">entrevistamos a varias personalidades del mundo acad\u00e9mico y pol\u00edtico para esbozar algunas perspectivas para Chile<\/a>.
