En materia medioambiental, el acuerdo sobre la introducci\u00f3n de un impuesto sobre el carbono en las fronteras de la Uni\u00f3n, la ampliaci\u00f3n del mercado del carbono al transporte por carretera y a la construcci\u00f3n, el fin de la venta del 90% de los coches de combusti\u00f3n en 2035 y <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/27\/la-energia-en-la-agenda-del-consejo\/\">la adopci\u00f3n de un objetivo del 40% de energ\u00eda renovable en el consumo final de energ\u00eda de Europa para el a\u00f1o 2030 <\/a>son \u00e9xitos de la PFUE. En materia social, la PFUE logr\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/07\/la-union-adopta-nuevas-normas-sobre-el-salario-minimo-en-europa\/\">nuevas normas armonizadas para la fijaci\u00f3n de los salarios m\u00ednimos en los pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n<\/a>, lo que no implica, sin embargo, un salario m\u00ednimo \u00fanico europeo.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La Presidencia francesa tambi\u00e9n consigui\u00f3 mantener un bloque diplom\u00e1tico de la Uni\u00f3n bastante unificado en materia de sanciones contra Rusia -a pesar de las reticencias temporales de algunos Estados miembros- con el establecimiento de seis paquetes de sanciones que incluyen medidas como la exclusi\u00f3n de siete grandes bancos rusos del sistema SWIFT, as\u00ed como un embargo del 90% del petr\u00f3leo ruso para finales de 2022. Sin embargo, la PFUE fracas\u00f3 en tres de sus objetivos: la reforma de Schengen, la reforma del Pacto de Estabilidad Fiscal -aunque se ha prorrogado su suspensi\u00f3n hasta 2024- y la adopci\u00f3n a nivel de la Uni\u00f3n del impuesto m\u00ednimo global del 15% sobre los beneficios de las multinacionales.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aunque el ministro franc\u00e9s de Econom\u00eda y Finanzas, Bruno Le Maire, hab\u00eda fijado como objetivo un tipo global del 15% en el impuesto de sociedades, el acuerdo qued\u00f3 bloqueado por el veto de Budapest. Por otro lado, todas las capitales de la Uni\u00f3n hab\u00edan aprobado el a\u00f1o pasado un acuerdo fiscal para eliminar los para\u00edsos fiscales y garantizar la equidad en el pago de las contribuciones de todas las grandes empresas. El voto por unanimidad, considerado por la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n como una forma de \u00abmantener a otras naciones como rehenes\u00bb, es utilizado regularmente por Polonia para lograr sus propios objetivos. Para ello, la nueva Presidencia cuenta con importantes transferencias de fondos y estructuras de ayuda a los Estados miembros para la acogida de los refugiados ucranianos en la Uni\u00f3n. Las cuestiones relacionadas con <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2022\/06\/22\/el-presidente-del-banco-central-de-inversiones-estima-los-costes-de-reconstruccion-de-ucrania-en-11-billones-de-dolares\/\">la reconstrucci\u00f3n de Ucrania<\/a> ser\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n una de las prioridades de la Presidencia checa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La seguridad energ\u00e9tica de la Uni\u00f3n se garantizar\u00e1 acelerando el programa REPower EU, con el objetivo de producir energ\u00eda renovable limitando sus emisiones. La econom\u00eda europea tratar\u00e1 de prestar un apoyo espec\u00edfico a la competitividad en las tecnolog\u00edas consideradas estrat\u00e9gicas. Praga tambi\u00e9n se centrar\u00e1 en la transparencia de las instituciones democr\u00e1ticas y la financiaci\u00f3n de los partidos pol\u00edticos.
