{"id":49825,"date":"2024-11-27T17:57:43","date_gmt":"2024-11-27T16:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=49825"},"modified":"2024-11-27T17:58:13","modified_gmt":"2024-11-27T16:58:13","slug":"la-comision-von-der-leyen-ii-fue-aprobada-por-el-parlamento-con-el-apoyo-mas-bajo-de-la-historia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/11\/27\/la-comision-von-der-leyen-ii-fue-aprobada-por-el-parlamento-con-el-apoyo-mas-bajo-de-la-historia\/","title":{"rendered":"La Comisi\u00f3n von der Leyen II fue aprobada por el Parlamento con el apoyo m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil de la historia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/09\/12\/von-der-leyen-2-0-5-puntos-sobre-el-equilibrio-politico-en-la-nueva-comision-europea\/\">nueva Comisi\u00f3n de Ursula von der Leyen<\/a> ha sido confirmada en una votaci\u00f3n en el Parlamento Europeo hoy, mi\u00e9rcoles 27 de noviembre, con el apoyo parlamentario m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil de la historia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En t\u00e9rminos porcentuales, la Comisi\u00f3n von der Leyen II obtuvo la aprobaci\u00f3n de s\u00f3lo el 54% de los eurodiputados presentes, con 370 votos a favor, 282 en contra y 36 abstenciones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n perdi\u00f3 31 votos respecto a la \u00faltima votaci\u00f3n, en julio, cuando <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/07\/18\/ursula-von-der-leyen-el-programa-de-una-reeleccion\/\">su candidatura fue aprobada por el Parlamento<\/a> con 401 votos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La estrategia de ampliaci\u00f3n, que incluir\u00eda a conservadores, progresistas, verdes y tambi\u00e9n a los eurodiputados italianos de Giorgia Meloni, acent\u00faa las tensiones entre los grupos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/hLa3n\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La estrategia del l\u00edder del grupo del Partido Popular Europeo (PPE), Manfred Weber, ha sido ampliar el arco parlamentario para incluir a los eurodiputados del grupo Fratelli d&#8217;Italia de Giorgia Meloni, que forma parte del grupo de los Conservadores y Reformistas Europeos (ECR). Sin embargo, esta apertura ha creado tensiones con los progresistas y los Verdes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aparte de los Patriotas por Europa (PfE), la Europa de las Naciones Soberanas (ENS) y la Izquierda (GUE\/NGL) \u2014que votaron todos en contra de la Comisi\u00f3n\u2014, ning\u00fan grupo vot\u00f3 conjuntamente a favor del Colegio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Los miembros de la delegaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola del PPE votaron en contra de la nueva Comisi\u00f3n para protestar por <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/11\/20\/comision-von-der-leyen-ii-teresa-ribera-frente-al-parlamento-espanol-se-llegara-pronto-a-un-acuerdo-en-bruselas-sobre-el-nombramiento-de-los-comisarios-1\/\">el nombramiento de Teresa Ribera<\/a> para la cartera de Competencia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En cambio, la delegaci\u00f3n francesa del PPE vot\u00f3 a favor de la Comisi\u00f3n, declarando que quer\u00eda \u00abdar una oportunidad al Colegio de Comisarios, sin extender un cheque en blanco\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/AiLfU\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una fuente parlamentaria declar\u00f3 al Grand Continent que se trataba de una estrategia arriesgada: \u00abLa Presidenta cuenta con m\u00e1s grupos pol\u00edticos, pero no tiene el consenso de ninguno de ellos. Sin embargo, el poder real que ejerce sigue siendo enorme y los l\u00edderes del Consejo la apoyan\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De cara a su segundo mandato, Ursula von der Leyen ha tenido que realizar un delicado ejercicio de equilibrismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n ha nombrado vicepresidente ejecutivo a Raffaele Fitto, protegido de Giorgia Meloni.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tambi\u00e9n ha nombrado a la socialista Teresa Ribera, apoyada por el Presidente del Gobierno espa\u00f1ol, Pedro S\u00e1nchez, criticada por los conservadores por ser \u00abdemasiado ideol\u00f3gica\u00bb en sus pol\u00edticas clim\u00e1ticas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/BgCS5\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Una fuente parlamentaria af\u00edn a von der Leyen declar\u00f3 al Grand Continent que la votaci\u00f3n no hace m\u00e1s que \u00abreflejar <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/elecciones-observatorio\/\">los resultados de las elecciones europeas<\/a>\u00bb, en las que el bloque de derechas obtuvo su mejor resultado, mientras que los partidos verdes se hundieron en la mayor\u00eda de los pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En su discurso inaugural ante el Parlamento Europeo en Estrasburgo, von der Leyen dijo que su Comisi\u00f3n presentar\u00eda un nuevo Pacto por una Industria Limpia en los primeros 100 d\u00edas, basado en <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/09\/09\/el-informe-draghi-la-fuerza-para-reformar\/\">el informe Draghi<\/a>.
