El fiscal de la CPI, Karim Khan, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/05\/21\/cartografia-de-las-reacciones-a-la-solicitud-del-fiscal-jefe-de-la-cpi-de-emitir-una-orden-de-detencion-contra-netanyahu\/\">hab\u00eda presentado una solicitud<\/a> en este sentido a finales de mayo de 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La reacci\u00f3n internacional ha sido muy variada. Hasta el viernes 22 de noviembre a las 13:00 (hora de Madrid), una treintena de pa\u00edses hab\u00edan comentado p\u00fablicamente el anuncio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Siete pa\u00edses han impugnado la decisi\u00f3n del Tribunal: Argentina, Austria, Rep\u00fablica Checa, Hungr\u00eda, Israel, Paraguay y Estados Unidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La Casa Blanca declar\u00f3 que \u00abrechaza fundamentalmente la decisi\u00f3n de la Corte [\u2026] Seguimos profundamente preocupados por la precipitaci\u00f3n con la que el fiscal solicit\u00f3 las \u00f3rdenes de detenci\u00f3n y por los preocupantes errores de procedimiento que condujeron a esta decisi\u00f3n\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-49437' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/11\/22\/reacciones-internacionales-a-la-orden-de-detencion-de-la-cpi-contra-benjamin-netanyahu\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-49437' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/press-briefings\/2024\/11\/21\/press-briefing-by-press-secretary-karine-jean-pierre-74\/&quot;&gt;Press Briefing by Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre&lt;\/a&gt;, Casa Blanca, 21 de noviembre de 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En mayo, en respuesta a la petici\u00f3n del fiscal de la CPI, <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/05\/21\/cartografia-de-las-reacciones-a-la-solicitud-del-fiscal-jefe-de-la-cpi-de-emitir-una-orden-de-detencion-contra-netanyahu\/\">Washington se hab\u00eda apresurado a emitir un comunicado<\/a> en el que calificaba la solicitud de Karim Khan de \u00abindignante\u00bb, y a\u00f1ad\u00eda: \u00abSiempre estaremos junto a Israel frente a las amenazas contra su seguridad\u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/edQqT\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Algunos pa\u00edses, especialmente China, han emitido declaraciones ambiguas. En Europa, es el caso, en particular, de Italia, Espa\u00f1a, B\u00e9lgica, Pa\u00edses Bajos, Irlanda, Estonia, Eslovenia y Suecia.
