Este documento, firmado ahora por 198 Partes, reconoc\u00eda el papel hist\u00f3rico desempe\u00f1ado por los \u00abpa\u00edses desarrollados\u00bb en la contaminaci\u00f3n mundial desde el siglo XIX. Acordaron la necesidad de \u00abproporcionar recursos financieros nuevos y adicionales para hacer frente a la totalidad de los costes convenidos en que incurran los pa\u00edses en desarrollo\u00bb&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-49284' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/11\/20\/desde-1850-china-ha-emitido-mas-co%e2%82%82-que-la-union-europea\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-49284' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/unfccc.int\/resource\/docs\/convkp\/conveng.pdf&quot;&gt;United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change&lt;\/a&gt;, 1992.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/IsaP8\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tras la retirada de Turqu\u00eda en 2001, desde entonces se han incluido 23 pa\u00edses en la llamada lista del \u00abAnexo I\u00bb: 18 pa\u00edses europeos, Australia, Canad\u00e1, Estados Unidos, Jap\u00f3n y Nueva Zelanda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En Copenhague, en 2009, estos pa\u00edses se comprometieron a movilizar 100.000 millones de d\u00f3lares anuales de aqu\u00ed a 2020 para financiar la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico en los pa\u00edses m\u00e1s pobres. Desde que se fij\u00f3 el primer objetivo en 2009, la cantidad estimada necesaria para financiar la transici\u00f3n ha aumentado considerablemente, y ahora se calcula entre 500.000 y 1 bill\u00f3n de euros al a\u00f1o.
