{"id":32011,"date":"2024-03-28T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-28T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=32011"},"modified":"2024-03-28T15:58:58","modified_gmt":"2024-03-28T14:58:58","slug":"hacia-un-acuerdo-polonia-ucrania-sobre-importacion-de-cereales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/03\/28\/hacia-un-acuerdo-polonia-ucrania-sobre-importacion-de-cereales\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfHacia un acuerdo Polonia-Ucrania sobre importaci\u00f3n de cereales?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Tras la escalada del pasado mes de septiembre -entre la amenaza de Varsovia de detener sus entregas de armas a Ucrania y la presentaci\u00f3n de una queja ante la OMC por parte de Kiev-, las negociaciones para un acuerdo sobre cereales llevan varios meses en marcha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/WyN5x\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A pesar de ser uno de los principales partidarios de Kiev, Polonia mantiene una postura firme respecto a la liberalizaci\u00f3n del comercio con Ucrania, lo que ha provocado las <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2023\/11\/11\/camioneros-polacos-en-huelga-en-la-frontera-ucraniana\/\">protestas de sus sectores agr\u00edcola y de transporte por carretera<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ucrania quiere mantener el acuerdo de liberalizaci\u00f3n comercial con la Uni\u00f3n, concluido en apoyo tras la invasi\u00f3n rusa, mientras que Polonia quiere que la ayuda humanitaria y militar se desvincule del apoyo comercial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En concreto, las negociaciones -dif\u00edciles, seg\u00fan el ministro polaco de Agricultura, Czes\u0142aw Siekierski- se refieren a las licencias de exportaci\u00f3n de determinados productos. Se est\u00e1 debatiendo sobre las gamas de productos afectados&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-32011' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/03\/28\/hacia-un-acuerdo-polonia-ucrania-sobre-importacion-de-cereales\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-32011' title='Reuters,\u00a0&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/world\/europe\/poland-ukraine-close-agreement-grain-says-polish-lawmaker-2024-03-27\/&quot;&gt;EU envoys to discuss limits on Ukraine farm product imports&lt;\/a&gt;, 27 de marzo de 2024.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A nivel de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, los Estados miembros llegaron a un acuerdo el 19 de marzo sobre mecanismos de salvaguardia para limitar las importaciones de determinados productos procedentes de Ucrania, a pesar de la continua liberalizaci\u00f3n del comercio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/wmUv2\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El 22 de marzo, la Comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n propuso aumentar los derechos de aduana sobre las importaciones de cereales procedentes de Rusia y Bielorrusia a 95 euros por tonelada y al 50% del precio de venta para las semillas oleaginosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El doble objetivo es reducir los ingresos procedentes de estas importaciones -Europa compr\u00f3 productos rusos por valor de 1.300 millones de euros en 2023- y, al mismo tiempo, \u00abproteger el mercado europeo\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin embargo, las importaciones rusas de cereales s\u00f3lo representan el 1% de la demanda europea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El Canciller Scholz acogi\u00f3 favorablemente la propuesta, mientras que Mosc\u00fa anunci\u00f3 que los consumidores europeos sufrir\u00edan las consecuencias&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-2-32011' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/03\/28\/hacia-un-acuerdo-polonia-ucrania-sobre-importacion-de-cereales\/#easy-footnote-bottom-2-32011' title='Berliner Tageszeitug, \u00ab\u00a0&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/www.berlinertageszeitung.de\/Wirtschaft\/396385-scholz-findet-eu-zoelle-fuer-russisches-getreide-richtig.html&quot;&gt;Scholz findet eu-z\u00f6lle f\u00fcr russisches getreide \u00ab\u00a0richtig\u00a0\u00bb&lt;\/a&gt;\u00a0\u00bb, 22 de marzo de 2024.'><sup>2<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/X64bh\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En febrero de 2024, la Comisi\u00f3n adopt\u00f3 una decimotercera serie de sanciones contra Rusia. En ella se ampl\u00eda el \u00e1mbito de las personas y empresas sancionadas, con especial atenci\u00f3n al complejo militar-industrial. El cese total de las importaciones de GNL es una de las pr\u00f3ximas medidas que est\u00e1n estudiando los Estados miembros.
