{"id":31745,"date":"2024-03-24T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-03-24T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=31745"},"modified":"2024-03-24T17:58:13","modified_gmt":"2024-03-24T16:58:13","slug":"los-senegaleses-acuden-a-las-urnas-para-las-elecciones-presidenciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/03\/24\/los-senegaleses-acuden-a-las-urnas-para-las-elecciones-presidenciales\/","title":{"rendered":"Los senegaleses acuden a las urnas para las elecciones presidenciales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A principios de a\u00f1o, el Presidente Macky Sall hab\u00eda anunciado el aplazamiento de las elecciones <a href=\"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/25\/este-domingo-las-elecciones-presidenciales-en-senegal-no-tendran-lugar\/\">previstas inicialmente para el 25 de febrero<\/a>, pero tras ver su decisi\u00f3n rechazada por el Consejo Constitucional, tuvo que comprometerse a organizar el escrutinio \u00ablo antes posible\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El anuncio de este aplazamiento hizo temer el fin de la \u00abexcepci\u00f3n senegalesa\u00bb, una democracia considerada durante mucho tiempo la m\u00e1s estable de la regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anteriormente, en junio de 2023, la oleada de manifestaciones desencadenada por la detenci\u00f3n del principal opositor de Macky Sall, Ousmane Sonko, y la posterior represi\u00f3n se saldaron con la muerte de 29 personas&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-31745' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/03\/24\/los-senegaleses-acuden-a-las-urnas-para-las-elecciones-presidenciales\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-31745' title='&lt;a href=&quot;https:\/\/lamaisondesreporters.sn\/cartografreesenegal\/#&quot;&gt;CartograFreeSenegal&lt;\/a&gt;.'><sup>1<\/sup><\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"iframe-container wp-block-image wp-block-image-medium  iframe-dw\">\n\t<div>\n\t\t<iframe class=\"absolute w-full h-full pin-t pin-l\" title=\"titolo\" aria-label=\"Interactive line chart\" src=\"\/\/datawrapper.dwcdn.net\/f4qae\/\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tras anunciar la fecha de las elecciones, Macky Sall se comprometi\u00f3 a dejar el cargo a m\u00e1s tardar el 2 de abril.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En total se presentan 18 candidatos, entre ellos Amadou B\u00e2, primer ministro de Macky Sall hasta principios de marzo. Candidato del bando presidencial, lleva el programa de la coalici\u00f3n BBY (<em>Benno Bokk Yakaar<\/em>, Unidos por la Esperanza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los opositores Ousmane Sonko y su n\u00famero dos Bassirou Diomaye Faye, encarcelados en 2023 y antiguos miembros del partido Patriotes africains du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal pour le travail, l&#8217;\u00e9thique et la fraternit\u00e9 (Pastef), disuelto a su vez en julio de 2023, salieron de prisi\u00f3n el 14 de marzo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Su liberaci\u00f3n marc\u00f3 el pistoletazo de salida de la campa\u00f1a de Bassirou Diomaye Faye, designado candidato por la inelegibilidad de Sonko.
