{"id":30397,"date":"2024-02-29T06:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-02-29T05:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/?p=30397"},"modified":"2024-02-29T10:00:50","modified_gmt":"2024-02-29T09:00:50","slug":"la-omc-en-apuros-en-su-decimotercera-reunion-ministerial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/29\/la-omc-en-apuros-en-su-decimotercera-reunion-ministerial\/","title":{"rendered":"La OMC en apuros en su decimotercera reuni\u00f3n ministerial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Para la OMC, que <a href=\"https:\/\/geopolitique.eu\/en\/articles\/avoiding-a-requiem-for-the-wto\/\">atraviesa una profunda crisis<\/a>, el objetivo de la reuni\u00f3n ministerial inaugurada el lunes 26 de febrero es ante todo intentar demostrar su pertinencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Para el Presidente de la Conferencia, es necesario \u00abdemostrar que todav\u00eda es posible llegar a acuerdos sobre cuestiones comerciales\u00bb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La organizaci\u00f3n espera as\u00ed poder presumir de varias victorias en temas prioritarios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los mayores retos de la OMC este a\u00f1o es la adopci\u00f3n de un texto sobre la reducci\u00f3n de las subvenciones que conducen a la sobrepesca y a una presi\u00f3n perjudicial sobre las poblaciones de peces, tras un acuerdo inicial alcanzado en la \u00faltima conferencia ministerial de 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>India se opone al acuerdo y quiere prolongar el periodo de transici\u00f3n para los pa\u00edses en desarrollo, a pesar de que sus subvenciones, de unos 300 millones de d\u00f3lares anuales, son muy inferiores a las de China (7.300 millones), Estados Unidos (3.800) y la Uni\u00f3n Europea (3.400)&nbsp;<span class='whitespace-nowrap'><span id='easy-footnote-1-30397' class='easy-footnote-margin-adjust'><\/span><span class='easy-footnote'><a href='https:\/\/legrandcontinent.eu\/es\/2024\/02\/29\/la-omc-en-apuros-en-su-decimotercera-reunion-ministerial\/#easy-footnote-bottom-1-30397' title='M.
